This hotel has a wonderful location and lovely views. The staff were great especially the gentleman who sorted our balcony issue. We use our balcony and the room only had a mini one so he arranged a different room. It made our trip. Thank you. The food in the bar is excellent. Bled is such a special place.

A nice breakfast buffet. Small balcony with view over the Lake was appreciated. I would suggest a different way to get access to the terrace. You had to go barefoot in really dirty water twice to get to the terrace!

Was there for 3 nights. After the first night the AC stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn't work. We tried to change rooms but we're told they were booked and there wasn't an option to switch. One desk clerk was very unhelpful telling us just to open the door to the terrace. We tried and it was very noisy and then a bee flew in. We had to close it. We were very warm and uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping the last 2 nights.

Great hotel, helpful staff. They did a romantic room decoration for our wedding anniversary which was lovely.

Was hat war soweit okay die Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Badezimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber auch okay. Bei meinem Zimmer war leider der Boden nicht richtig gereinigt und es langen Papierschnipsel und Krümel auf dem Teppich. Alles in allem aber okay

it is our new favorite. we have been coming to bled and tried 3-4 other hotels in the past , all more or less in this category but the team in Kompass really made this one stand out. newly renovated, stylish rooms, great pool wtih a poolr garder overlooking the lake. great variety for breakfast, and most of all, a friendly staff. thank you.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personal ist hervorragend.Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Schwimmbad Bereich könnte saubereres sein. Der Pool braucht eine Grundreinigung

Ravintolan palvelut heikkoja, pöydät siivoamatta. Ulkoterassin QR-koodi tilaukset eivät toimineet eikä infoa. Tyynyt aivan kauheat. Todella kosteat huoneet. Muuten kaikinpuolin siisti, täydellinen sijainti, rauhallinen, aamiainen OK ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Isona plussana uima-altaan lämpötila.

alles top. tolles Zimmer mit grossem Balkon. super Lage mit Aussicht vom Restaurant / Bar. Das Zimmer schien neu renoviert zu sein, nur das Badezimmer war sehr veraltet und der Spühlkasten hat leider in der Nacht sehr laut getropft. Fie Klimaanlage schien auch nicht wirklich zu funktionieren.
