The property was under construction and very noisy. Some of the staff were rude. The bars all closed by 11pm on Saturday night. No nightly entertainment. Food was very expensive and mediocre.

Beautiful resort with nice clean beaches. The rooms were awesome and recently renovated. The staff at the resort was wonderful and were helpful with every request. If I made the trip back to PR this will be my sat of choice. My only complaints were no guest laundry for those staying that weren’t vacation club members, and the lack of variety from the restaurants. A lot of menus were the same regardless of where you went, so we went out of the resort to get meals at local spots which were awesome. The area outside of the resort is very safe and I encourage anyone who stays here to venture out to the nearby parks and towns.

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Rainforest! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for our family was the children’s pool with waterfalls – it was perfect for toddlers, safe, fun, and kept the little ones entertained for hours. The on-site beach is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views that make it feel like a true tropical escape. Whether relaxing by the water or simply enjoying the scenery, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations – a beautiful property with excellent service and family-friendly amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort. The property is beautiful and unique, surrounded by the rainforest and with direct access to the beach. The pools, golf course, and amenities made it a great place to relax and enjoy. Staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The only small downside was that some of the food and drinks were a bit pricey, but overall, the experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and nature in Puerto Rico.

Great location and easy to get transportation around the island. We enjoyed the beach and pool on the property, and the view of the mountains.

Everything was closed everything was a charged I just felt the white visitors got treated better than me

Property is confusing to get around. Too dark at night and the pool closed too early and all three hot tubs did not work.

They had some construction going on, but we still had a great time! Very clean, well kept property and rooms. Staff was great! We will definitely be returning!

Resort was nice but out “ocean view” room was more of a courtyard view and we were led to believe there was a casino so we were very disappointed

Super libdo

There was still construction going on, the construction interfered with the elevators. Along with paying for the stay there, we were charged for self parking in which i thought was outrageous. Completely understand charging for valet but self parking charges are crazy.

Excellent pools, staff was incredible!

Friendly, attentive staff, clean spacious rooms with attention to detail, great food and excellent property.

The views were picture perfect. The beach and pool areas were amazing. I was slightly disappointed about the shower the water was coming out rusted and stained the wash cloths and also when they cleaned the room they took our towels but didn’t leave any clean ones so by the time we got back to our rooms we had to call for some. Plus side is that they dropped towels off right away.
