Very greatly appreciate this hotel

This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed.

Windows cannot be opened. Heating and ventilation was not satisfactory. Air became so stale I was forced to leave.

The first time I was there, I found that the scent in the room was very strong. I contacted the management when I got home and told them it triggered asthma for me. They apologize profusely and explained that I could request a room with less scent in the future. This past weekend, I went back to the hotel and had requested a scent free room. They not only accommodated me, they told me it is now in my file moving forward that I will get that. They were kind and very helpful. I felt safe and comfortable.

Good hotel

Bed was a hard for our liking Hvac was making a rattling noise Fridge was nice and cold but made a weird surging sound. Could use a new sink, stained but worked.

Breakfast was expensive for what is normally free in other restaurants. Person who got my coffee was very forceful in giving him a tip.

We stay there very frequently, when we are in Toronto. It is right on the subway line and has restaurants nearby. The property is modern and has recently been renovated. Always clean and friendly.

Parking was good and they validated. The room could’ve been cleaner… the staff were kind

We booked our room through Expedia and chose a room that does not even exist. We paid for a Junior Suite with walk in shower and when we arrived, we found out they don’t have that room. The manager looked at my confirmation and pictures I took of my booked room. My husband and I went for supper and when we came back, after spending a night in a room we didn’t want, we were upgraded to a suite, no added charge. The Supervisor was very quick to help and was so kind to us. We were so happy with his help!
