NIce hotel, unfortunately there was jackhammering that we did not know about when we booked, we had asked for a quite room as my wife has a hard time sleeping so being woken up early by jackhammering was unacceptable.. Called the from desk and nothing was done about it as they said there were signs posted about it ... We did not see the signs.

We had a good stay. The hotel and the neighborhood were nice. Our first room was on the 15th floor, but the heating didn’t work properly. They moved us to a renovated floor upstairs, and it was much better.

I have stayed here many times and found this to be a quiet clean hotel. For the first time, I had the breakfast buffet. It was very extensive and the maitre d' made me feel most welcome.

Room was really poor. Had been renovated badly. Holes in 2 walls from missing artwork. No clock. Glass doors to bathroom light up whole room in middle of night. No robe hook in bathroom. Toilet roll holder loose on wall. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and reasonable price.

My husband and I stayed Novotel North York for 3 days around Christmas. Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was courteous. What I liked about the place the most was the location.

Hot water for shower not hot enough.

Very good device. Room was spotless. Found the pillows wee bit lumpy. And the bed a little hard. But slept well so no biggy. Thanks for the hospitality.

There is a Green P across the street for cheaper - Breakfast is NOT included ($25.00+ per person) - If you are bringing a pet you need to make sure to call ahead otherwise you will be charged a 75 dollar cleaning fee and a 30 dollar room shifting fee where they shift to you to a pet friendly room. They do not read the special instructions added to reservations at all.
