Everyone was very helpful. They gave lots of great suggestions whenever we had questions or needed advice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The Hyatt is always a good choice in Tulsa.

Everything was exceptional !

On the first day of our day, the air vent leaked engineering had to resolve the problem. It took two days for the carpet which was soaked with water, to dry. The following days is my four days day I was overcharged for items that were not received on my end room breakfast service importantly, I have high expectations, based on the reputation of the Hyatt brand. I was never offered any reduction or discount on the executive suite I had reserved for the dates scheduled for my stay. It will be appreciated. If there could be some kind of accommodation for my inconvenience thank you.

The microwaves were not available in rooms, there is no sign to direct guess to the elevators.

Everything was great!!! GREAT VIEW, espiecially for 4th of July fire works!!! Staff was nice everything was clean . And the hotel came with great service . I highly recommend this hotel for 4th of July!!!

Hotel needs to be updated. Pool was closed. This one needs some work to be worth the price.

Overall, the stay was ok. The location is excellent to get to many of the downtown locations by walking (or scooter rental). Our room was clean. The housekeeping staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel! The downsides were a little surprising for a hotel of this price and reputation. There were several places throughout the hotel and parking deck that leaked during the heavy storm that occurred during our stay. One of the leaks was around the window seal at the end of our hallway just outside our door. Another issue, probably related to the leaks, was that at certain points in the hallway there was an odor of mold/mildew. One of the nightstand lamps in the room was broken to the point it didn't even stand up straight (the picture doesn't do it justice because I partially straightened it). Finally, and this more personal preference admittedly, our bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were incredibly thin/worn and unsupportive.

Sheets had blood stains so I had to request new ones. Yellow blankets had ink stains. Everything was nice.
