This is a beautiful old hotel. The staff were amazing!! We loved our stay here ( second for me) and would always stay here if in Lisbon. The British bar and breakfast were delightful.

The hotel is lovely, with elegance and high service level. Very central, walking distance to Alfama etc. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delightful. It is a classic hotel - and the staff is very aware of reflecting this into everything they do, from large and small. We had a lovely time - and will surely return one good day. Haakon from Norway

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was accommodating. I loved the little touches the staff left in our room every evening. The rooms were a touch outdated, but overall, a really wonderful stay!

Luxurious throughout. Very well maintained. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lots of towels. Large comfy bed and lovely bathroom.

직원분들이 정말 친절하세요 객실은 생각보다 넓고 빈티지한 가구가 멋스럽게 장식되어있습니다 허니문이라고 세세하게 신경써주신 부분들이 정말 좋았습니다 조식때는 축하 케익까지 제공해주셔서 감동이었습니다 위치도 정말 좋아서 숙소를 자주 둘러 쉬면서 여행을 즐길수있었습니다 다음에 또 리스본을 갈수있을런진 모르겠지만 그 친절함과 세심한 배려때문이라도 또 묵고 싶네요

2台あるエレベーターの一台が故障中だったのが残念ですが、その他は場所も便利で素敵なホテルでした。 スタッフの皆様のサービスも徹底されていてさすがでした。

Loved it … didn’t use the he amenities since we were out exploring the city but they were available. The nightly piano concert is an added benefit
