Amazing hotel. Check in and reception desk very friendly and efficient especially Amanda. Breakfast had wonderful choices and breakfast staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly.

Old world feel with excellent facilities. Prime location.

Only problem was the artificial flowers.

An outstanding hotel with history and beautiful design. Would recommend if it’s in budget. People are very helpful, room was always clean after a long day.

The hotel is lovely and echos the history of its times. We stayed in a room with a separate sitting room and spacious bedroom with a bathroom down the hall. It was conveniently located to the different sites. There were some great restaurants nearby. The bar in the hotel and well appointed salon offered a lovely escape from the crowds. The breakfast had a full array of wonderful choices for all. The staff was responsive and very pleasant.

This beautiful hotel is located in a very central area less than 2 miles from the cruise port, which was our next destination. Everything was first class, especially the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

立地が良く便利なホテル。歴史を感じる古さは有りますが、部屋は清潔でアメニティも充実されていて気持ちよかったです。アーリーチェックインもしていただき助かりました。また昼間、一旦ホテルに戻った時、フルーツ盛合わせがお部屋に用意されていて、新鮮ななイチゴがとても美味しくて感激でした。スタッフさんも親切ですし短い滞在が心地よく過ごせました。

Amazing property! Centre of the city. Everything is walking distance . Staff is amazing, especially doormen and lounge personnel. Thank you all so much for great stay.

Public rooms are grand - breathtaking, in fact. Location is ideal. My room was modest with an old and mediocre bathroom, relatively speaking, but I didn’t see any others so don’t know if that was typical of the property.

The staff was extremely attentive, and the facilities were comfortable and first class.

The mattresses were a little hard but manageable. For Canadian Whisky drinkers, a double Crown and coke was about $50 CDN. (Ouch). The location is unbeatable and the staff were incredible. Highly recommended.

朝10時頃ホテルに到着したので荷物だけ預けようと思ったが、早めにチェックインできるよう準備してくれました。観光地にアクセスもよく、朝食も美味しいし、スタッフもも親切でした。

The tapestries, chandeliers, spiral staircase, exquisite colours and elegant furniture made this palace a delightful place to stay. Our room had plenty of space and a gorgeous bay window. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had! The staff was extremely attentive too. A definite must!

Was für ein wundervolles Hotel. Das historische Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert hat eine perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof und einer U-Bahnstation. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich vielfältig und von herausragender Qualität. Die Bar lädt abends bei Klaviermusik zu einem Drink ein. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in den zehn Tagen im Hotel immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann auch zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sehr gut erreichen. Auch zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und das für uns überraschende Upgrade. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder😊

Unser Aufenthalt im Avenida Palace war schlicht sensationell. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Betten hervorragend, das Zimmer sauber. Genial war das Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen liess. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
