Absolutely beautful hotel. I will gladly return. Gorgous building. Clean modern rooms.

I appreciated the stay there and the front staff were professional and tried helping me with something. I would definitely go back.

Surprise $400 deposit. They will charge extra for any little thing they deem “dirty”

I was not expecting the room security deposit to be as high as it was. I’ve never been asked in any hotel I’ve stayed at the hold that much on my credit card.

Very clean & neat

Since we were there last they have done some great renovations. Staff was great, room was comfortable and clean and easy to get to.

The cost is crazy for a small room but it was clean and modern. Upgraded to king bed and lake view, was a nice room just on the small size for a $406 a night room (after taxes and extras they get you on!!) That being said, I’ve been in all the other big hotels in kenora and although cheaper.. this is by far superior!!

This place was awful. Extremely noisy and unhelpful staff. Says there’s a pool but there’s not. It’s across the street and you can’t go because there’s a set schedule. Restaurant burnt down.

Trash dirty

the hotel was very clean, modern, bright, a very nice view even we had not selected lake view. unfortunetly the breakfast room was under renovation, but we will for sure go back.
