A nice, safe hotel in the center of town. The front desk staff was very good, but the housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired. We asked at the front desk for extra pillows, which never came so we had to ask housekeeping. They, in turn, had to speak to someone higher up. Eventually the front desk staff brought the pillows after which housekeeping tried to bring them again. Also, we left the room one morning and returned early afternoon and the room had not been serviced. None every returned so we were w/o dry towels that day.

Excellent location in the city. The room was spacious but the bathroom designed in a way that the whole floor gets wet with the shower. In addition there is no ventilation in the bathroom and the area stays very humid.

Localizacao excelente, fizemos tudo a pé. Muitos restaurantes próximos. O quarto e banheiro espaçosos e limpos. Equipe de funcionários simpática e atenciosa (tinha uma recepcionista que falava português que foi bastante útil para a comunicação). Após o check-out deixamos nossas malas quardadas para aproveitar o dia.

We loved staying here! First the location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere from here and were in the middle of the DT hub and close to the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and stylish and they have lovely lounge areas by reception. The staff were very helpful and st all times very pleasant and informative. We’d stay there again!’

Shower was great ,nespresso and mini bar good , bed comfortable , carpets should be replaced with hardwood floors, I did not like they reminded me of motels from the 80’s , floor mouldings very worn need re-finishing. Breakfast could be improved.

Excellent location within walking distance from major tourist attractions. Rooms were rather spacious for a European hotel however the AC didn’t work well. The hotel is clean and quiet despite being in a central area.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel and a well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Very nice and professional staff. Great breakfast! The hotel location is perfect as you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms are relatively spacious for an old European building. I only wish there was lotion in the room and better air conditioning, but other than that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Good central location. Easy to walk to the old town Comfortable beds. Not too soft nor hard Great breakfast if you decide to choose it though there are dozens and dozens of dining options within 10 mins walk

Warm welcome, superior corner room requested was a good size with nice view and quiet. Decor a bit naff, and promised balcony not useable (off the bathroom and couldn’t use it as tiny). Good location.

This was a fantastic hotel! A tad difficult to navigate from Uber as they consistently refused to drop off/pick up in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and the staff were very accommodating to my husband and I. We were lucky to be welcomed to a note and small token acknowledging our anniversary. Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely return!

Room was clean, reasonably good size, comfortable bed.

L’hôtel n’est pas en bon état: chambre avec coulisses sur les murs, tapis sale, et espace restreint. Le seul point positif: petit déjeuner très bien.

Great 2 night stay. Upgraded to a Privilege room and was glad I did, my friend was in a regular which was a lot smaller, also mine had an espresso machine and a mini bar (soft drinks) that they refilled. Extremely clean throughout, friendly staff. Silent room on 5th floor with good blackout curtains. Both my room and my friend’s standard room had a small balcony with a fantastic view. Didn’t have breakfast. Location is excellent. Ride share app from the airport for 2 was only 6€ more than the train and saved the walk to the hotel
