Bed was low end and pillows were horrible. Room was good. Breakfast was low end.

The staff was so accommodating right from the beginning of our trip. The room was immaculate. The courtyard is beautiful! It was amazing to open the sliding doors to hear birds in the morning. Breakfast was incredible.

Staffs are rude. From the check in to the check out. Tv in the room didn’t work. Maintenance came said will come back but never did. When charging us for having an extra person they were really quick. But when you need something from them they are unresponsive and rude.

Our stay was ok, breakfast was pretty good. Our suite was comfortable and clean. Our big complaint was the hot tub, it was not hot the jets didn’t work and it was filthy dirty. I couldn’t even get in it fully. Very dissatisfying. And there was a kids lacrosse thing going on in Kelowna that weekend so the hotel was busy with lots of children. I wish the staff would of told me that when I called to ask questions

It was clean, breakfast was great! The pool was nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but very busy and not hot. Hotel needs an upgrade starting to look out dated. Room was clean bed comfy overall a good stay. Staff friendly at check in check out. Hot great area for all your shopping needs.
