Lovely staff in simple, boutique-style hôtel in the heart of the old city/Gothic quarter. Ask for a room not on the street side or you will be awake all night! Excellent breakfast buffet, really top notch. Room

The room was beautiful location excellent best location. Everything is walkable plenty of restaurants around a lot of shopping. Taxis are really easy to graph around the area. The staff was amazing very helpful and kind.

Luftkonditioneringen obefintlig. Fanns överhuvudtaget ingen kylning. Och öppnade man ut så var det ett förskräckligt oväsen så sömnen blev mycket lidande

În general positive impression, one elevator was out of commission for my entire stay. AC not the best.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were fabulous - so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean.

Hotel was great. Disappointed with Expedias service. I accidentally booked a 4 night stay but needed to check out one night earlier. Even though I let Expedia and the hotel know prior to checking in- neither parties would consider a one night refund. Expedia blamed the hotel saying the hotel wouldn't refund the night and the hotel blamed Expedia saying they wouldn't adjust the reservation. I am a regular customer so was not very pleased. Hotel was great though !
