ホテルのReception、部屋は良かったです。トイレの天井から水漏れがありましたが、迅速に対応いただき、別の部屋を用意してくれましたので、とても良かったです。

Eigentlich alles gut.

We had a pleasant stay, and Mehdi provided notably attentive and professional service. He stood out among the staff and would be a strong candidate for Employee of the Year.

Great stay, confortable rooms

Hotel is in a suburb of Lausanne. Room was not ready at time of check-in. Room was not prepped with linens for 2 occupants. No one answered the service desk when called. Front desk was not aware of major sight seeing spots - Lake Geneva. There was an additional charge for coffee. A/C was not reliable in June. While I was disappointed, I made the best of my stay here. The grounds were nice and clean. The surrounding area/neighborhood is not picturesque.

Schönes Hotel mit hübscher Gartenanlage. Rezeption-Service top! Zimmer gut, Bad-Utensilien grosszügig. Bad und WC getrennt, super. Roomservice unbefriedigend: 3-Bett-Zimmer nur mit 3 Kaffeepads, trotz Wunsch nach mehr, und nur Kaffee schwarz (kein Whitener). Abends im Garten lange nicht bedient worden obwohl nichts los war. Zurzeit laute Baustelle nebenan (ich weiss, kann das Hotel nichts dafür). Dennoch 8 von 10.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful gym, Sawna and steam room

Venus pour un weekend en famille (enfants 10 et 7ans), nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la propreté. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu utilisé la piscine naturelle de l'hotel mais pour le reste, RAS, c'était parfait. Mention spéciale pour les bornes de recharge sur le parking.

At the reception customers service informed us that restaurant will be close tonight but restaurant was open, we ordered from outside food but all wasted.

Hôtel qualité/prix correct, personnel chaleureux, souriant et aimable.

Great place, super nice staff, very helpful. The only thing was that we may have left something behind and although they were super responsive to start with. They stopped responding now 😐 so I don’t know if they found what we forgot or not. 😢

The shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. The toilet flush button would get stuck and it would be running.

Séjour familial pour mariage.

Die Hotelzimmer wurden einmal renoviert,trotzdem sind die Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Bei uns waren Haare am Boden und in den Ecken hatte es Spinnweben. Nicht gerade sehr gemütlich. Dafür ist das Frühstück sehr gut. Für eine Nacht ganz ok,aber auch nucjt mehr.

Sauf la piscine

Nous étions les nuites précédentes au NOVOTEL SUITES de GENEVE et sincèrement je n'ai pas eu l'impression, à LAUSANNE, d'être dans un NOVOTEL : juste une dose de café par personne, même chose pour le sucre et le lait, pas de petit gateau. Nous avons dû réclamer les cartes pour les transports en commun gratuits. Ce qui a semblé contrarier la personne de l'accueil.... Nous avons dû donner notre carte de stationnement au taxi qui nous conduisait à la gare de Lausanne car il ne pouvait pas sortir (nous avons évidemment demandé son remplacement pour le départ hier matin). Les taxis semblement aussi avoir des problèmes, d'après ce qui nous a été confié. Bref nous ne retournerons pas au NOVOTEL LAUSANNE qui est plus cher que celui de GENEVE.
