The pool is nice and kept the kids busy. The rooms are different and not the biggest space but does the job if you are there for the kids.

Family Trip, 2 adults and a 4 yr old. Check in was seamless, staff was kind and patient with a sudden bathroom trip by my son mid transaction. He then smashed his lip, and we had counter staff helping with water and whatever else we needed. The pool was the perfect temp, not too crowded. Make sure you remind your kid not to open their eyes underwater because the chlorine is super strong. Room was clean, comfortable and the TV was so easy to link to our Netflix and Disney accounts. Literally every step of the way, this was an A+ experience. As an avid gardener, I have to send my compliments to their garden staff... the plants were so lush and interesting, they were clean (aka no dust) which isnt easy to do on tall palm trees! I had as much fun looking for plants as I did watching the kids pond. Shout out to our lifeguard, he was so accommodating and I never once saw him lose focus on his charges in the pool. If 11/10 was a thing. I'd give the lamplighter staff that!

The room was clean and the front desk were very helpful and polite. The guests next to our room were very loud. Their children played in the corridor until 9:30 pm and nobody from hotel did not say anything to them. The food in the restaurant was the worst food I have ever had in any hotel. The pool and arcade were very clean and the life gaurds were very polite and patient with the guests.

Check in was poor only to find out they put a $200 hold against your card. Which they did twice.

They gave me a room in the back of the building even tho they knew before hand it was a party, I got 4 bracelets for being able to use the pool and explained i would need to get more then that cause It was a party. They said they dont do birthday parties you only get as many bracelets as you have people in the room. Every additional bracelet I could purchase but for $20 each. Last year on the same day I booked a room at the same hotel with the exact same circumstances and they gave me 8 bracelets for the party and any additional were $8 each which is still steep but reasonable. They basically told me I was lying. Ontop of all this, the TV in the room the volume was broken, the alarm clock was set for 6am and 620 after it woke us the second time I almost broke it ripping the plug out of the wall. We were then woken again by staff laughing and banging stuff infornt of our door at 8am until 840 when I finally had to ask them not to. Went swimming after we checked out at 10 - 2 . And no lifeguard even showed up on duty so I wasnt able to get a life jacket for my daughter and the bathroom was closed for the entire time as well it said cause It was being cleaned but wasnt. The water slide was closed our entire stay as well as only 3 jets in the hot tub work.

It was a lot of fun, we'll definitely come back. Pool was really nice, everything was accessible and clean. Definitely a solid stay no complaints.

The bathroom is small and the door swings inward with very little space to spare. Be aware that the waterslide only opens at 5 on Friday and closes at 1 on Sunday so we never got to use it.

Ideal location for the onsite conference. Quiet room away from the pool/waterslide and conference rooms. Handy onsite restaurant for breakfast, etc.

Rooms were clean, beds were good. Staff was very helpful. Especially 2 of your staff were done work but took the time to help us find our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a fantastic impression. They were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Check-in was quick and efficient, and throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was friendly and eager to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, a functional workspace, and a clean, modern bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room to a high standard each day. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s amenities. The indoor atrium and pool area created a relaxing, almost resort-like atmosphere, somethin you don’t often find in a city hotel. It’s a wonderful feature whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The on-site dining options were also impressive. Meals were fresh and delicious, with a good variety to suit different tastes. The service in the restaurant was just as attentive as at the front desk, making every dining enjoyable. My stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and standout amenities makes it a place I would highly recommend!
