Room was not clean, the didn’t clean the room while we were gone the next day. The pool water was green. Staff was combative when confronted about pool. Left a day early.

Breakfast was meh, they were not restocking and there were a ton of boys for a basketball tournament wanting to eat. The 2 room suite was a very nice size, but the cleaning crew could do a lot better. When only 1 of 4 bulbs is working in the bathroom, that's something they should alert maintenance to, not the guest. (it did get fixed after I asked) If I am able to wipe grime from a shower with a wash cloth, it shouldn't be left there between guests. But a suite for $100? You get what you pay for.

It was very easy to check-in, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the surrounding area is very quiet and safe.

The property is run down and out dated. The common areas were dirty - the carpet has stains and spots all over. The furniture in the room had stains on it as well.

The hotel carpets were tore up and wore out and the walls are so thin that you can hear the TV on one side and the kids screaming and yelling on the other side the only thing good about the hotel was the hot showers and the breakfast in the mornings other than that I would not stay at that hotel again

Room 200 Wi-Fi buffers too much. Entry way to the room carpet is not attached, it catches the door and the door does not close completely. There's 2 electric outlets without plate covers that is a life safety violation. Also, the smoke detector is not attached in the front room.Another life safety violation. Light fixture in lounge area. is not attached appropriately, it appears ready to fall. Ceiling tile in bathroom leak or has leaked and the bathroom light bulbs are out. Pictures missing.

Economical. Staff were helpful. Clean.

The property did not match the photos. It was much older and the room had a funny odor. The staff was very pleasant and location was great. Expecting it to be fresh and clean like images. It was quite dull and dingy

Check in guy was very pleasant. Room was cold and spacious. Shower was hot.

The bed was comfy, the staff was nice. Would be nicer if there weren't a damp smell about the whole building. It feels like a remodel of an older building. The bathroom door didn't work the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging, and the shower/tub didn't drain properly. All these are fixable. Its understandable if they are still remodeling. If not, I hope they will address the issues. It has the potential to be a great place. I'll probably stay there again, anyhow. The neighborhood is nice and my kid lives nearby. Price was great.

The indoor/outdoor pool is a neat feature. Also the dual head shower in our room.

The bed was comfy, and it was very spacious. The person in charge let us stay longer in the swimming pool, and he was very attentive. The only complaint I have is that the shower drain was very slow at the time we showered.

food was great . people were friendly. the rooms were horrible. i cannot believe they can think it’s ok for people to stay there

The TV cable service didn’t work properly, front end attendant tried to get it to work properly, but it continued to fail…! I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t watch TV, at the hotel.

They had no rooms available even though I had a confirmation.

The manager and staff was great. Our room however was extremely disappointing. The room had a stench of urine and water damage. The carpet was lifted and rippled throughout the entire room. The extractor in the bathroom was half way sticking out, ceiling tiles in the bathroom halfway on as well. The smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag, not sure why. The curtains had some sort of brown stain on them. We first asked for a new room but since the property was full, we were offered febreeze or a refund. A refund was the clear solution.
