運河側では無かったので残念。それでもスタッフの対応や朝食は最高。場所もリアルト橋の側で、ホテルを中心に観光ができました。おかげでトイレで不安なし

The AC wasn't working, and they do nothing about it after we called the reception.

Fantastic location, centrally located. Great for people watching if you have a balcony room. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location right under the Rialto Bridge and has a retro charm, with rooms decorated in old venetian style. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. However, the room was really hot as the air conditioning is not available until it is summer (not operational in spring). They provided a fan which helped but it is not what I would expect from a 4star.

Es gibt in dem Hotel insgesamt 79 Zimmer, davon 29 mit Blick auf den Canal. Diese Zimmer sind zu empfehlen, so erlebt man due schöne venedig Atmosphäre. Frühstück ist vielfältig, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum relativ klein, es besteht die Möglichkeit in einen größeren Raum auszuweichen oder auf drr Terrasse zu frühstücken. Check inn freundlich und schnell, ab 14 Uhr wurde das Zimmer freigegeben

Breakfast was good and room clean

Un hôtel ancien plein de charme, avec une terrasse surplombant le grand canal et le pont du Rialto. L'emplacement est magnifique, la station de Vaporetto juste devant l'entrée. La chambre était un peu petite et surtout surchauffée, mais on ne vient pas à Venise pour rester dans sa chambre...

The decor is slightly dated but the property is clean. The staff were great, very helpful, and the hotel is in an amazing location. I’d be staying here again if I return to Venice.

Muito bem localizado, um café da manhã formidável, da pra fazer tudo a pé, sem contar que a estação do vaporeto fica a 1 minuto do hotel, o que facilita o retorno, tanto de trem como de avião

The location and staff were wonderful. This hotel is central to everything making it a great place to easily walk all the sites in Venice. Breakfast has plenty of options with both breads and proteins and helpful staff. Like everything in Venice, the hotel is old. It is clean but a bit run down and in need of renovation. Bathrooms are small and the shower is TINY. Had a great stay overall and would stay here again.

Very kind people and clean

The staff was welcoming and supportive with curating an amazing experience that allowed us to fully enjoy the two days we had to explore. The studio room is much larger than pictures do it justice and is an absolutely incredible place to enjoy Venice from.

Chambre propre. Personnel competent, toujours aimable, disponible à tout moment. Petit déjeuner impeccable tresbien servi sur une plage horaire étendue.
