All the staff are playing in the Hotel and they don't care about guests. Some staff pinger tips me in the restaurant. I felt very bad and belittle acations. Very old hotel that I used to stayed over 15years but nit any more.

Great customer service and staff. The hotel rooms need upgrades.

My check-in was handled by a very nice lady named Yislaina who is in training but is doing an incredible job. Her English is excellent, and she represents the hotel very nicely at the front desk.!!Guido was also very helpful during my stay and very attentive to my needs.Ovidio in room service became a good friend and was always there in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this hotel in Panama City five stars.

Staff was amazing at check in. Guido and Franklyn were awesome!

The pool is missing many tiles. Pool hours greatly reduced when private events occur. Food choice is limited. Do not start you off with enough towels and washcloths.

The InterContinental is our 'Go-To' Hotel in Panama City, with great views, perfect location for walking the Cinta Costera or enjoying the City, exceptional service, comfortable beds, and good food. I'd highly recommend the InterContinental.

What a beautiful and elegant hotel, the staff was so courteous and polite. Buffet food was incredible delicious the room view was out of this world!! Highly recommed it.

We like the property, the stay was not bad although we paid for a two bedroom suite and it was in worse conditions than a regular room. The room service was terrible, they messed up various times the order, and once it came with a hair. Other than that, the view the hotel has is amazing, and very centric.

La propiedad es linda tiene servicio excelente y su restaurante está muy bien. Sin embargo al reservar en este medio te hospedan en el edificio más antiguo. No está mal pero le da sus mejores instalaciones a los miembros de IH.

El hotel muy acogedor, con habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, excepto los vidrios de las ventanas que por lo sucio que estaban por fuera, no dejaban apreciar el paisaje.
