The staff and environment were very welcoming and professional. They attended all of my concerns with the outmost care which I really appreciate. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Lima for their vacations.

El servicio excelente, la ubicación muy buena pero la habitación un poco antigua y la cama muy dura… después me enteré q había habitaciones renovadas que estaban vacías… les daremos otra oportunidad por el servicio!

The bathroom was not clean

Buena atención , pero me dieron inicialmente habitación del 4 piso , antigua y nada moderna , el tv no funcionaba y una persona del hotel dijo q las habitaciones del 5piso en adelante son las modernas (?) no reconocen los VIP de Expedia a pesar de tener espacio para upgrade…! Uno lo reclama y ellos dicen q van a consultar y nada ! Yo soy platinum.! Los frigobar les ponen llave hasta q no hagan un deposito y recién ahí pueden consumir los articulos (?)

I liked the place very much. One thing I believe should happen is an upgrade to showers though. I had to move from 9ne room because the shower was broken. Mived to another room and the shower head was kind of br9ken too. Other than that? Customer services are top notch.
