I really love this line of hotels, Ibis. I always try to choose them. The positives include the convenient location. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. The staff was quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with something for every taste. The coffee was delicious, even though it was from a coffee machine.
Unfortunately, I encountered some negative aspects. The room was extremely cold. The old windows were windy and draughty. I had to put my pillows on the windowsills. The TV only worked on one channel. Even the toilet—I had to call a repairman because it was clogged when I moved in. Although the staff helped right away, I had to argue and explain that I needed it done now, not tomorrow. And the worst thing I encountered—mice! There were mice in the reception area!! That evening, I went downstairs with a friend to sit and relax—and mice were running around in the lobby.
