Nice Hotel, Good Location

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos enormes, super confortável

Central to all Berlins main attractions.

The Hotel Mandala on mukavin ja käytännöllisin hotelli, jonka olen kokenut pitkästä aikaa. Vastaanotosta tuli henkilö mukaamme, kun me saavuimme, ja selitti asiat. Vihdoinkin suihku, jonka toimiminen ei ole maailman suurin salaisuus; myös huoneen lämmitys oli helppo säännellä itse. Aamiainen oli maukas ja se oli pistetty esille houkuttelevasti. Hotellin kukka-asetelmat olivat hyvin kauniit.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff personable and helpful. Lovely spa. Didn’t use the restaurant as plenty of places to eat nearby. No price list for the mini bar and took a little while before we figured out which button to press to let them know to service the room - the member of staff who showed us to our room could / should have explained? Controlling the room temperature a bit hit and miss; a combination of radiator and opening the window.

Good location, helpful staff, clean spacious room. Main downside was lack of air con in room. It appeared to be there but no controls for guest to use themselves so room was very warm.

I would definitely go back.

The hotel stay was awesome!. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. The staff was very polite and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to revisting Berlin and staying at the hotel again. I was so comfortable and the surrounding restaurants had great food options. The rooms were very clean and efficient. We had 3 rooms in total and my family was very pleased with their stay as well. There is plenty of shopping areas as well.

Exzellenter Aufenthalt!

Easy location for seeing the sights of Berlin. Modern hotel, near to a large shopping mall, short walk to Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Hotel is very clean, rooms spacious. Just lacked that vibe though, which was a shame. Still a great choice though

Herausragender Service, tolle Gastfreundschaft. Einzig der Kühlschrank wurde nicht geprüft und hatte den Inhalt von den Gästen davor noch drin.

We stayed for the holidays and the trip was perfect. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Place and Unter den Linden, but also great connections by bus and subway right in front of the hotel entrance. All the staff where very nice and the whole trip was perfect. We really enjoyed having a balcony in the city center.

The suite is large and clean. Location is excellent. Wonderful breakfast. I expected that the use of the sauna should be free for the guests of the hotel.

Sehr schön zentral gelegen, aber nicht laut. Tolles Frühstück!

Sehr gutes, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Im Facil kann man ausgezeichnet essen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wie viele zentrale Lagen in Berlin leider eher ein bisschen heruntergekommen.
