Very nice hotel

Hiljainen huone. Hyvä sänky ja tyyny. Bonuksena sauna ja uima-allas. Eriomainen aamiainen.

Gut: Frühstück, Kinderecke, deutsches TV, Schlecht: Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, sehr hellhörig im Zimmer, ziemlich abgewohntes Mobiliar, Lage an Strasse ist sehr laut, Fenster nicht auf Kipp zu öffnen, Kühlschrank nicht kalt genug und nicht regelbar, teile vom Personal und Gästen hatten Vorurteile gegen uns w/nicht polnischer Nationalität, Parkplatz viel zu teuer und in schlechtem Zustand

The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, good spa, excellent breakfast

Everything was OK, good breakfast, easy parking... But internet connection in 3rd floor was worse than bad !

Sehr freundlich deutsch kein Problem. Personal hervorragend. Preis/ Leistung super. Frühstück ungewöhnlich reichlich und schmackhaft. Riesen Auswahl. Abends nach Karte völlig in Ordnung. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir sind Jedes Jahr in dem Hotel,die Zimmer sind immer sauber und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a nice room - cozy and comfortable, the bed was good, Everything was clean. The old city is 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a big parking lot, but it not free. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, at least the one i was in. The customer lift was broken, they did however let me use the service lift. The towels had a strange smell to them. I cannot speak for the food etc but from what I briefly saw, the restaurant looked good.

Nice hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Stayed in 3 Mercure hotels in Poland and while appreciating the need to save power, Mercure's minibar fridges seem set to room temperature.

This hotel has older style rooms that are a bit worse for wear. However, the prices are reasonable so you get what you pay for. All other aspects are satisfactory.

Lovely place and close to worn center

A beautiful surrounding and not far from the old town. We had dinner at the hotel which was ok. Breakfast was good. Despite the heating was shot down it was still very warm in the room, so we had to sleep with the window open. But all in all a very nice hotel.
