It's a very nice hotel. I'm not used to staying at luxury hotels, so I really can't compare among them. The only things I'm used to that were missing were a vending area and a room guide. There is an ice machine on the 17th floor, but no where to get any snacks or food on-site once the restaurant and bar closed. There was also no guide - metro options, nearby shopping, attractions, etc. Other than that it was a very nice experience. The front desk and concierge were very friendly and helpful.
