The hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but there were a few downsides. My room was a bit noisy—I could hear hallway chatter, which made it hard to relax. Also, the building only has one elevator, so there were often waits, especially during peak times. It’s not terrible, but these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected.

Rooms are well designed and set-up. Very busy with families in the early evening but quiet by bedtime. Beautiful pool and decent fitness room. Ten minutes to the airport.

Everything was perfect -- clean, safe, quiet after 11PM and lovely reception staff.

Absolutely nothing superior about this hotel. Located in an old, decrepit building, rundown appearance throughout. Unfortunately the staff was just as inferior, unhelpful, aggressive and without sufficient language to understand English.

Important to note the airport shuttle service isn't available for late check ins. Even though the hotel was messaged ahead of time of the flight arrival. When checking in, I went to the vending machine, it was out of stock in the water I wanted, and didn't return all my money when I went to cancel. I tried calling front desk to let them know and ask if they had water elsewhere, no answer. I tried calling the front desk again because the room wasn't warming up, no answer.

Great pool! It was really busy with various birthday parties. My son and I loved the pool but we did not like that it closed at 10pm on a weekend. It would be awesome if the times were extended to at least 11pm. Facility is

Efficient and friendly front desk staff. Found dirty socks in the corner of the room. Shower head is broken and spraying the ceiling, railing in shower is loose. No breakfast available until 8

Everything was good. My only complaint are the pillows in the room and not enough light. Pillows too big and uncomfortable.

Our room was extremely hot. No thermostat. They gave us a fan. It was loud and didnt help much. We were exhausted when we left after three nights.

Very convenient ,close to all my wants and needs.

I stay here a lot and it’s always amazing

Room was fine. Pool area is rented out to kids birthday parties. Very loud, crowded. Hot tub appeared dirty. If pool area not your thing then this place would be fine. Police on site when we arrived so that was scary.
