Nice staff clean room not too loud nice pool

my choice for a nice clean hotel when I'm in Thunder Bay

Clean room and comfortable bed undermined by threadbare curtains, peeling wallpaper, and shower long overdue for a re-caulking. Also, the air conditioning can't be turned off and is quite noisy. Luckily I wear earplugs to sleep. Location wise it's close to ahopping, restaurants, recreation, and several parks.

Could not sleep at all with all the parties going on in the other rooms. There was a weird noise in the walls that sounded like a mouse or rat. Never stay there again!

Clean room, I loved the shower with no tub. I wish all hotels/motels had showers instead of a tub.

Greet service

Thin walls. We heard our neighbour’s tv throughout the entire night, as well as voices in the hallway were loud and clear. By far it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. In addition, the window from our room looked over the pool area. No view to outside, no daylight. Not impressed, won’t be staying there again.

Excellent customer service the staff went above and beyond for us. The only problem was there was no pressure for the water in the shower.

Indoor pool too cold to swim in. Also, there were limited hours for the slide that didn’t work with our schedule. We did like the fact that there was a restaurant on site which we used for breakfast and dinner.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food

The turned off the power at 3 am and never told us they were doing so. Only once we got dressed to leave at 4 am by our flashlights did they tell us they did it for maintenance and would be off till 6 am. We sleep with a cpap machine so woke up suffocating.we would not of booked there if we had been told of this.

Worst ever stay ! Synthetic bed sheets. Such dirty lifts. Zero maintenance.

The air conditioner should be fixed please

I reserved a room with a bathtub and was given a shower. Air conditioning barely worked. Overall it was clean but for $200+on a Tuesday, I would hope to get what I was promised and be able to be comfortable in the room.
