Good hotel for a reasonnable price

Excellent pool and squash facilities.

They were redoing the carpets in the basement. Thats great but as we are trying to drag our luggage and coolers by the workers who are spreading glue down it smells pugent of glue and a lot got on our luggage. Also the fridge did t work once we started unpacking everything. We ultimately go moved upstairs. It was one of the most expensive stays and we travel a lot. We never have complainedor found a hotel unsatisfactory. The staff were so loveky but this hotel seemed way over priced for what you get.

I love this property. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Room was so nice only thing was Ari condition was not enough and we was so tired to call and take care of it. Other than that I love it.

Place was cute and good amenities for family staycation

Its a petit hotell but it contains a 5* facility with a reasonable pricing.

Staff friendly. Located pretty close Canada Wonderland, restaurants close by . Both pools good condition. However staff was up working late in room across from us door was opening and shutting late in evening. Staff talking in the halls could hear everything.

Très bien pour une nuit pour ma pars rien a dire de négatif

the room was nice, clean and spacious. ac running well to keep room cool. we got the accessible bathroom which was great. minor issue was if we were not careful with the shower head spraying water or have the shower curtain fully set up, water puddles create outside the shower area and could spill into hallway/sleeping area. we just used towels to soak water up. the floors outside the bathroom do get slippery when wet.

Le tapis de la chambre était très sale (noir sour les chausettes et saleté visible). La porte de salle de bain était remplie de tâches de mains/doigts... Ça ressemblait à du maquillage (fond de teint, fard à joue). La climatisation coulait sur le tapis... Il y avait une zone toute mouillée sur le tapis. Les matelas n'étaient pas confortable du tout. Il y avait un creux au milieu des 2 lits! Par contre notre petit réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et quelqu'un est venu le remplacer rapidement. La femme de chambre nous a offert un excellent service!

All went well except the front desk ignored kids running around the hotel. No response when I reported the issue. Called the manager who resolved the problem.
