We had reservations and the room was paid for but they would not let us check in because my drivers license ID has my first and middle name on it and my credit card just has initials for first and middle name. THey matched but the hotel said they had to match exactly. we had to leave and stay somewhere else.

Didn’t even get to check in ! Still haven’t been refunded . So my husband and I have been in the process of moving and just needed somewhere to stay for a few nights , yes we have two dogs but it’s not a big deal they are both support animals , the desk was incredibly rude ! They were like if you have two dogs then you can’t stay here I was like I can just drop the one off at my parents or boarding nope they said bc they knew I had two animals I couldn’t be checked in cut me off before any of my sentences were finished I DO NOT recommend !!!!!

Great experience all around

Very clean rooms and absolutely not a whole lot of noise coming through the wall it was the get away my friend and I needed.

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy staying here. Bed had wet blankets they refused to take care of. Room smelled horrible. Front desk employee was smoking crack in plain site. Im sorry for anyone that has to stay at this location

Thought it was old, ppl hanging around outside late at night wasn't safe.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed had obviously brand new sheets. The location was super convenient to the airport and highway.

It was okay, lobby smelled. And room was okay, they put us on the back side. Where people lived in like an apartment.

Check in staff was very rude. You are charged $50 for incidentals? Breakfast is not edible. Would not stay here again.

Homeless community around the corner. Hookers walking through parking lot. Place was dirty with toenails in chair. Better off sleeping in your car.

The truth is super bad, we asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was full of mold, the carpets were very dirty. the super friendly staff

I have no complaints with lady that checked me in along with gentleman that was at the desk Sunday am. Every other aspect of my stay was less than desirable! My biggest complaint is with the unnamed woman i prefer to refer to as the lunch lady. She was from what I understand preparing breakfast which helped my choice in selecting your property for my stay. Free hot breakfast included, but to my surprise i was denied access to that meal because i had my service dog. Absolutely no pets due to health department rules she told me! She refused to tell me her name and proceeded to speak at me in a loud voice so everyone could hear which i was speaking doftly and NOT yelling because that is not going to solve anything. Needless to say i left because I have determined in my adult life with a disability that you can't talk to an ignorant person such as her! She took it an additional step and told the nice gentleman at the counter to mark me as a dont allow me future reservations, like i would ever come back! I haven't even touched on all the problems with the room. From non working refrigerator filled with damp towels that appeared to be moldy to filthy carpeting. Let's just say that you use photos that are false advertising to sell rooms! And i will make sure everyone knows how poor your establishment is!

I really enjoyed my time there. It had a swimming pool and it was very clean. They also served a nice breakfast in the morning. There also was a little lady the work the front desk who made you feel at home.

Great room pool was just dirty

Front desk lady was very nice upon arrival. The next day cleaning lady came and knocked, she was also very polite, professional, and friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were on the smaller side, kinda flat and the mattress was very firm causing back pain.

This will be a pretty long review as we stayed at the hotel for 12 nights and we have lots of thoughts. Overall, we had a great experience and it was a bargain for the price. The staff was amazing and helpful throughout, except for a slight miscommunication with housekeeping staff, which was quickly cleared up. I had read a lot of reviews of it before we stayed, and I don't agree at all with many of them. Everyone else staying there was really nice and I always felt safe and comfortable being there with my daughter. The pool and breakfast were the best things about the hotel. We also loved the Subway inside the lobby and we ate there several times. There were a lot of people smoking pot around the hotel, but we smelled pot pretty much everywhere we went in Tulsa, restaurants, coffee shops, other hotels, etc. So I don't think this is the hotel's fault. Overall, this was a great property and I highly recommend it for anyone on a budget that is looking for an affordable, but safe, experience.

Customer service worst

Was happy with the cleanliness, great for a quick one night stay.

Front desk staff at check-in could not tell me if I could have a late checkout or not, and told me to ask in the morning. When I asked in the morning, the front desk staff told me they don't typically do late checkouts and said they could maybe give me an extra 30 mins at best. The website lists Noon when available, which is an extra hour past checkout. Felt very deceitful to have so listed on their website. Room was clean, but you could tell normal wear and tear in places. Bed was comfortable. Room does have a mini fridge, microwave, and desk. There is also listed a pool, laundry facility, and fitness center, but we did not check any of these amenities out. Breakfast with typical continental options: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, and various drink options. I did find it odd that you have to get a voucher beforehand to take food back to the room say for someone incapable of coming to the dining room, seemed very ableist. I was only aware of this after entering the dining room where the signs were posted. The worst part was a huge group of incredibly rowdy guests that was blasting music, revving their engines, and drowned out any ability to hear the tv without blasting the volume incredibly late at night. Overall it was an average room that I would stay at again for a quick layover or overnight.
