Staff was excellent. The thermal waters are exceptional and restorative. Breakfast is divine. Evening room turn down service - old school.

L'hotel è sempre ben organizzato, molto pulito e con una colazione molto ricca.Camere con l'occorrente per un caffè o una tisana,accappatoi e ciabatte sempre in ordine Ma la cosa straordinaria è il lago termale..non ha eguali al mondo!!

O hotel é maravilhoso, confortável, pessoal da recepção e do dos são gentilíssimos! Tudo impecável. Tem uma trattoria do hotel que. Um espetáculo! O único senso ficou por conta do restaurante 1919, com um atendimento muito fraco, pedimos uma garrafa de champagne que foi servida em copo de. Vinho tinto! Tive que pedir para tricar, a equipe perdida, não conheciam os pratos, demoraram 17 min para nos atender depois que sentamos… enfim este restaurante não esta a altura do hotel!

My fav place to go, slow down, rest & heal. Amazing property, staff, food, rooms. We are returning to this property over a few years. Looking forward to come back in 2025.

The room was very comfortable. The hot springs were amazing and the food was delicious. Monica Buonasera, guest relations manager was kind thoughtful and very helpful and made our stay amazing thank you so much

An extraordinary spa. Ask for masseur, Andrea! Wonderful, happy staff, across-the-board so they must have excellent management. Restaurant and bars fabulous and the natural wonder of the Cascade del Milano nearby is worth the effort of getting here.

The staffs are very friendly even some of them do not know English. However, most of them can communicate with basic English. The facility in the resort need more days to fully enjoy the place. Too bad we planned our trip too rush. We should stay round at least three days. Dining experience is great and it is so close to the famous main attraction of the area.

Et fantastiskt sted lige fra modtagelsen i receptionen til afrejse. Utroligt afslappet atmosfære, hvor morgenmad og frokost kan indtages i morgenkåbe i restauranten klods på søen med det 37,5 grader varme vand fra de svovlholdige kilder. 20 minutter i vandet og den totale afslappelse opnås. Maden og ikke mindst betjeningen var for vores vedkommende unik og opmærksom. Forkæl jer selv og prøv det.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Tuscan countryside. Beautiful grounds and excellent service. Food was great. Very attentive staff. They upgraded our room to a suite which was amazing. Very relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Fantástica experiência ! Uma diária apenas . Chegamos cedo, nosso quarto não estava disponível, mas o rapaz do check in, Raimondo, foi muito atencioso conosco e prontamente direcionou nossas malas para uma área reservada e logo foi apresentar o hotel. Nos deu todo suporte com amenidades, roupões , Chilenos e aproveitamos o dia inteiro e muito bem! Ainda conseguimos ir a pé na cascata di Molino, para conhecer apenas. Não passamos muito tempo pois o hotel é muito melhor. Vale a pena esse lugar. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e o restaurante à noite 1919 também.

Hotel incrível com estrutura maravilhosa e área termal fantástica. Atendimento impecável, café da manhã farto e com várias opções, inclusive, sucos frescos, restaurante de excelente qualidade, quarto amplo e confortável, tudo perfeito! Lugar para se estar e relaxar!!!

Loved the property we enjoyed a beautified suite in the new wing which I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we have arrived. Loved the feel of the resort totally relaxes you from the moment you arrive. Dining was wonderful although be weary of the fact that some of the waters aroma in the air may affect the taste of your food or wine especially at dinner time. So I would recommend indoor dining for that reason. We did however enjoyed the feel of the property - we did not play golf but would love to try it next time we go back
