Tout etait parfait comme d’habitude, le personnel au petits soins, cadre magnifique, serenité..

Hotel idéalement situé pour accéder au centre ville avec un service de transport aller retour pour les moins courageux. Service voiturier et bagagistes au top. Suite très agréable, propre, chauffée comme il se doit. Restauration exceptionnelle et un grand merci au chef Alexandre et aussi au chef pâtissier. Nous avons apprécié le feu d’artifices et la coupe de champagne offert pour le passage en 2026. Le menu gastronomique de la St Sylvestre était exceptionnel.

Par rapport à ma dernière visite, je suis malheureusement très déçu par la qualité du service lors de notre accueil. L’accompagnement ainsi que les explications fournies n’étaient clairement pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Il s’agit d’une déception totale.

Parfait en toit

Mon mari et moi, nous avons séjourné dans une suite Rosemary. La chambre est très spacieuse , propre et confortable avec la grande terrasse. Tout le personnel était très souriant, aimable et professionnel. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter assez comme la piscine, le Spa, le restaurant etc, donc nous voulons revenir !

Hotel excepcional em todos os sentidos. Viajamos com nossa filha de 3 anos, e a experiência não poderia ser melhor! Além de todas áreas para adultos eles ainda contam com um playground novo e uma brinquedoteca fantástica. O staff é um show à parte: pessoas extremamente gentis, atenciosas e preocupadas com os hóspedes. Bar excelente, bistrô espetacular, e café da manhã espetacular.

La chambre devait être avec 2 lits séparé on à eu un grand lit L’hôtel a débité 400€ d’empreintes en plus des 830€ Du jamais vu et au départ on nous présente une note qui n’est pas la bonne et 2eme note encore une autre chambre C’est une honte

Les plus : suite spacieuse, la navette pour aller en ville (et les conducteurs très aimables) petit déjeuner (mais très cher) Les moins : piscine non chauffée (ou en tout cas au minimum), le personnel d’accueil qui ne lève pas le nez quand vous entrez Au global séjour très positif et le standing est à la hauteur du prix

Beautiful property, small and good service. We stayed in a rosemary suite which was spacious and relatively well furnished. They are situated next to the kids play area so lots of screaming and noise for those wanting quiet! They also allow dogs in all areas which can result in a lot of incessant barking! Overall a beautiful property but would have preferred out of season for a more adult experience. Sandra in the restaurant is exceptionally kind and helpful!

Gorgeous hotel stay in a beautiful area and town nearby. Loved it. Pool was lovely, suite was fantastic, lots of catering for kids too (eg trampoline, pool table etc). Shuttle to and from town really convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel in Provence! We stayed at a villa and loved our experience.

Staff were generally very attentive and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean, spacious and had quality products. The restaurant/bistro has excellent food though we wished they would have more choices on the menu. The only disappointment was breakfast - limited choices for an “hot breakfast” and the quality of the breakfast items was lacking. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept.

Overall very nice hotel. Had an issue with air conditioning. Had a deluxe room with two air conditioners but only one worked. The front desk lied to us saying only one is supposed to work. Our friends had the same type of room and had two working ones. For the price you pay here you shouldn’t be uncomfortable

We have been before so knew what to expect but it seemed even better than before. Excellent service, staff and food. Loved the huge pool!

Except the fine dining food quality everyting else was excellent. Fine dining cullinary experience was really bad. Garden, rooms, people service is excellent
