Rooms were clean and bed comfortable

Staff were great! The room was decent however the walls are so thin, we were woken up by some loud neighbors at 4am! Pool seemed nice though did not get a chance to go for a swim and the hot tub was very small and consistently occupied. We had breakfast at the ta-za restaurant located in the hotel. It was terrible. Almost inedible unfortunately and extremely high priced even if it was good. The location was nice overall a good place to crash for a fair price (assuming you have respectful neighbors) but we would likely not stay again.

Staff are courteous. Rooms are clean and bed is confortable. Lighting in the rooms are a little dark.

This is my home away from home. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Such a well-run hotel.

Price was probably the key factor at choosing the property. Otherwise, it's not too difficult to get to your standard franchise restaurants and name box stores.

The food was cold at breakfast the staff person that was working on Saturday and Sunday morning did not tell use about the omelet bar.

Clean. Smelt great. Quick and easy check. Kitchen closes at 9pm for room service ordering. Lobby bar closes at 11pm.

The room was clean and well prepared. The dining room for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Kudos to both the evening and morning staff in the dining room. They were so kind friendly and attentive. Not overly hovering but ready to suggest and go out of their way to get what we needed or make suggestions. Lovely people all around. We will go back for sure.

I booked through my expedia account for me and my dad, and I added my dad name on the reservation. Somehow my name wasn’t there, I spent 3 hours after midnight in -10 degrees outside because the front office staff didn’t even want to puch my confirmation number! AFTER I CALLED EXPEDIA AND CHANGED THE WHOLE RESERVATION INTO MY NAME so I can get my card magnet fixed, but the front office employee didn’t even want to enter in the confirmation number into his system. Later the same receptionist called my dad woke him up at 3:00 am telling him your son is drunk and I can’t let him in :D P.s: I went up to my dad and I wasn’t drunk I have a good relationship with my dad so I really don’t care IF I WAS DRUNK! Although I wasn’t I was just cold waiting in -10 degrees outside the hotel This hotel is really clean and tidy 80% employees are not professionals and don’t know how to speak or respect customers, they don’t know how to use the system if your reservation was through expedia, because I had my reservation number and ID. I am really disappointed with the type of staff that are running this hotel with the management not doing anything regarding this, this is the last time I am booking this hotel just because I don’t want any complications from people who are not trained well and do not know how to deal with customers. I am so disappointed in staff and the uneducation of employees dealing with the system. And the lazy staff that don’t want to puch in 3rd party reservations.
