They got a nice pool for the kids

Impressive lobby, nice comfortable room. The pool was crowded and jacuzzi was "out-of-order" one major pet peeve for me. Restaurant seemed very luxury-focused and not interesting to me. Location great, near downtown and across street from the river. Construction all around the hotel on both sides, but as I was there on weekend no noise. Parking was still fine. Generally seemed over-priced for what it offers.

The hotel is under construction. The parking lot is difficult to get to.. the staff was not very friendly to English speaking people there is no room service then they said they would give us room service, but never did

Les chambers auraient besoin de rafraîchir ses meubles. L’hôtel a besoin de changer ses tapis. Seulement un élévateur pour tout l’hôtel, on attend beaucoup.

Hôtel bien situé en bord de mer. Restauration exceptionnelle au restaurant La Brigade avec beau menu pour le souper et un déjeuner buffet très complet, abordable et de grande qualité. La piscine est achalandée et convient aux jeunes familles.

Beau séjour à Rimouski, hôtel propre, belle chambre confortable et personnel accueillant et souriant.

Très bien situé près du fleuve, beau restaurant. Je vais sûrement revenir.

It was an excellent stay! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

Booked one night. The kids loved the pool and slide. The hotel itself looked like it needed a bit of love in the main areas. Room was clean and as advertised. The restaurant on the main floor was excellent. The pizza was delicious! Would go back if we are in the area. A new section to the hotel was in the process of being built when we went. The parking was a bit complicated due to the construction site. No workers on site when we were there, but can imagine it would have been noisy if there was.

Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la Piscine et sa glissade. Bel hôtel! Super service. Le resto Brigade 225 est également super.

Hôtel Rimouski should advise customers for the majors rénovations and construction on the site. Customers should have somekind of a low price for those majors problems to access parking and room.

Overall excellent place great service great reataurant but the pool water quality is lacking and smell bad, AFM-ng replacement as a filter media would likely solve this

This is our 2nd or possibly 3rd time at this hotel. This trip wasn’t as pleasant as prior trips but not a big world problem. Hotel lobby is very welcoming. Staff somewhat friendly depending on who you get at the front desk. Remainder of hotel could use some sprucing up, especially the bedroom furniture showing its age. Bed is nonetheless comfortable. Linens are ‘greyish’ due to its age. There’s no complimentary breakfast or coffee in lobby but coffee maker is available in room. The city is undergoing construction as well as the hotel itself. It was not noisy but there was a foul smell near the hotel that smelled like multiple outhouses that had overflowed ! Great location but would consider other facilities during our next visit.
