Clean and modern room, with great layout for families with the toilet separate from the main bathroom / shower / sink. While we didn’t take advantage of the food, there were quite a few people in the restaurant when we walked by in the evening. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any additional needs, such as additional bedding, towels, etc. Very good location, with easy access to train for traffic-free and affordable transport into the heart of Paris within half hour door-to-door.

Tout etait parfait. L'accueil à la réception, au petit déjeuner...la propreté dans la chambre et le confort. L'hôtel est tres bien situé également. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Tout était parfait sauf que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Un peu pénalisant quand on y est pour le travail.

Chambre tres propre et spacieuse. La double porte avec les toilettes et le couloir est un + pour la tranquillité. Personnel tres compétent avec des informations pertinentes. Je recommande vivement. Le parking est un peu cher et est correct.

Very nice convenient location just a few minutes from the Metro station. Easy access to the city with train in 30 minutes. The reception staff was kind enough. We were lucky to get the room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room was very clean and cozy. We love the front water service 24 hours open and has sparkling water option! Also Kusumi teas at room was good.

accueil déplorable, pas de parking, pour un novotel, ce n'est pas acceptable, pas d'eau dans la chambre, salle du petit dejeuner très froide.

Hotel d'une autre époque, probablement du siecle dernier... Mise à part les parties communes au rez-de-chaussée (accueil, restau), tout est dans son jus, abimé, écaillé. Pas d'air conditionné, impossible de monter le chauffage dans une chambre bien fraîche, et même pas une bouteille d'eau, le tout pour près de 200 € la nuit !!
