Staff very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The rest was standard UK hotel really: lots of random stains on floor, shower hose leaking badly, breakfast not good probably too long under hot lamps. VERY EXPENSIVE PARKING!

Great hotel, little disappointed though that overnight guests have to pay to park!

We had a great two night stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming and our room faultless, a really great space to work and relax. We used the health club facilities on the Friday night and the supervisor was excellent; very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a little dated and tired in places but we enjoyed the use of them. Overall a good experience.

I saw a mix of reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect, so glad I booked here! We stayed for one night for a cheer competition and I feel we got lucky with this hotel! It’s a huge place and we got lost finding the room as the layout was not what we expected 😆 it’s like a tardis! but once we found our room we were very happy with it! The room itself was pretty spacious! Very clean, and just really nice! I saw a few reviews saying about loud parties so was worried when we passed quite a loud room in main corridor downstairs, but luckily couldn’t hear anything from the room! Theres lots of pillows on the bed! I was initially concerned by how firm the bed was but actually slept really well! The shower was also big and the whole bathroom was clean! The bathroom mirror was great for doing makeup for competition, and the hairdryer was also very helpful as I forgot mine! plug sockets and usb slots both sides of the bed were very helpful. The only less positive comment I made whilst in the room is that it’s a shame there’s not a light over the dressing table mirror, and the room was cold in the morning but played around with the thermostat and it warmed up after a while! but I wasn’t bothered considering I paid less than £80!! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will DEFINITELY return again next cheer season, I just need to make sure I don’t lose the name of this hotel!

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We made good use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast, which we prebooked, was excellent, there was a wide menu and very good buffet too. My daughter had Eggs Royale which was cooked perfectly. All staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is well positioned for the NEC. Good value for money.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great but room was clean and bathroom/shower were good. Room didn’t get cleaned for a 2 night stay which I would have expected but overall happy with the stay and would use again for business travel.

Rooms are good with very clean bathrooms and staff are really friendly and helpful.

Room was a cozy room so small with a king size bed and compact clean bathroom. Good for rhe price. For me it was the staff that made my stay special. Lynette the manager at breakfast and all of her super friendly attentive staff could not do enough. I was staying on my own and they made me feel so comfortable and treated me so wonderfully explaning what was available and were attentive. Lynette made the stay so memorable and is an asset to the hotel which is in a convenient location for what i was in Birmingham for.

The Staffs are super, superb. The customer service is excellent. Nothing lack, nothing missing. I give all the staffs at the hotel 100%. The hotel is very clean and environment is conducive.

Staff confused on parking noted paid on line and then said they would reverse the parking in a text and then said the website had parking fees on but it only noted parking charges may apply.
