We appreciate that we could keep our car there while we were on vacation and our car was safe when we got back. The staff is also very nice.

Check is was efficient and the shuttle was right on time. That's all I really ask for in a hotel.

Pleasant staff, easy check in, clean room.

This building needs updated. The halls and entry are worn. The room was clean and appeared recently updated, but had a very strong cleaner or air freshener smell. I asked for a different room, but the hotel was booked. Front desk said it’s the cleaner they use and suggested opening the window. Thankful I’m only staying here one night.

Great service and location

air conditioner only worked at 62 degrees. No counter area in the bathroom. No space to walk in the room

The hotel is okay, but the airport shuttle was terrible. There is only one shuttle from airport every hour and there were at least 50 people waiting for a 15 person shuttle. Needless to say, we didn’t get in and had to spend additional $25 on Uber after waiting for 40mins for the shuttle. Why advertise free airport shuttle when you can’t deliver?

The property is old, but very clean, the new bathroom upgrades were nice. Staff is great and it’s nice to have a breakfast included!

Checking in was a bit timely. The single clerk was definitely overwhelmed. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. I'm sure the guest did not appreciate us trying to get into her room so late at night. We will probably not stay here again.

The price was good and the location is close to the airport. It was a good option for an early flight.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover at Denver. Hotel is clean and comfortable. They operate a shuttle to the airport every hour. The shuttle departs hotel 10 minutes after the hour and returns from airport at 25 minutes past each hour. One way trip is 15 minutes. I found the shuttle very convenient for my flight.

No place to sit in room only bed, no couch, chair nothing. Breakfast included only cold bead, nithing hot waffle us not a breakfast its an item. The price was wrong for poor room and no breakfast.

Everything was good with the property itself. My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfortable andMy check-in process was easy, but the person at the front desk was not friendly and was actually rude. I asked for info for my daughter for the airport shuttle and she wrote it down for me when I got to my room I realized I didn’t have it and went back to get it. She said oh you lost it already, so I said no I never had it and then she looked down and said oh I didn’t give it to you then when I had other questions, she was very rude and short to me and my daughter.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Easy access to DIA

Clean, quiet, and relatively close to the airport. Good value for money if you get stuck in Denver en route to somewhere else.

Needs some updating; paint,etc. was clean

Nothing fancy but the staff was so gracious, friendly and helpful! The shower was great, the room quite pleasant!

The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient! The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Room had a desk which was good. Very timely shuttle early in morning. Friendly and helpful.
