Hotel located close to old town. Spacious modern room very clean and quiet with a nice view on the Square. Parking available in the hotel or Under the Square. You can go to the Alhambra using local small buses departing from old town for 1.6 euros. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hôtel confortable, propre et à la décoration soignée. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel à la réception très accueillant, professionnel et de bon conseil. Seul bémol : les chambres communicantes sont extrêmement mal insonorisées (a confirmer pour les autres) et le fait que le bar et la terrasse ne soient pas accessibles.

Lovely property

Perfect location to walk around Granada. Comfy bed and quiet room. Only drawbacks...no coffee maker in the room, just a kettle with some instant coffee pouches. Also there was no air ventilation in the bathroom... Staff was wonderful and sauna/steam room were great!

The Eurostars hotel was very nice. The staff is excellent and the room fine. There were some issues and they were dealt with quickly. Problems: We had to unload luggage and there is no good spot to do this. It would be great if they could arrange a spot to use for offloading luggage before parking (we were told to use the public parking because they thought our car was too big??…?) They should prepare clients for this. Another hotel sent an email to notify clients where to go and how to handle the arrival.

Parking a bit challenging. Confusing to figure out where to park, eventually went to a public parking lot which ended up being the right place to go.
