I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. I have always had a great experience here. Clean as a whistle. Comfortable. Plus they provide breakfast every morning. Shuttle to and from the airport. As long as I travel to south Florida, I will always make this my first choice to stay!

The night attendant was sleeping when I went to check out, he came out of the room besides the reception, after myself and another patron ing the front desk number, sleepy without a shirt on.

Place was clean, check in was easy, the hot breakfast was much better than similar hotels. My biggest complaint is that construction was going on directly Above my room. I mean flooring being installed, loud hammering, etc. I booked this room just to get some rest between long drives and that did not happen. Yes there were pardon our appearance while we renovate signs at the front desk, but I never would’ve thought this construction would Be directly Above me. The staff was extremely dismissive and just pointed at the sign. They could certainly use a lesson in hospitality. I would never have booked this room if I knew about this beforehand.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. There’s a McDonald’s right next door, and several takeout options like Chinese, pizza, and Mediterranean food are within walking distance. Breakfast is included. However, the shuttle pickup spot is hard to find and it can take a while after calling. They strictly enforce the 3pm check-in time, and charge extra for early check-in—even just an hour early. Breakfast options are very limited, and the free coffee is almost undrinkable. Some reviews mention a bad smell, but to me it was no worse than typical Vegas hotels. Many also complain about the front desk staff, but it seemed like just one person handling a busy shift, so timing may affect how they come across. Would I stay here again? Hard to say. It’s nothing special, but if you manage your expectations, the room is spacious, the location is convenient, and the basics are covered.

I recently booked a stay at your location in Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and I feel compelled to share my experience. While the young lady at the front desk was kind and professional, the condition of the property itself was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were hit by a strong, unpleasant odor that continued through the hallways and into our room (#110). The smell was deeply embedded in the carpet and walls, making it unbearable. When we arrived in the room, it was clear that we could not spend the night there. My wife and I decided to leave immediately. We were even willing to forfeit the $100 we had already paid, just to avoid staying in such uncomfortable conditions. That said, I sincerely hope we can be refunded for this experience, as we did not use the room. I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and encourage improvements at this location. I look forward to hearing from you.
