Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it nine out of ten. Thank you; I will certainly return to this fantastic hotel.

Check in 4pm and check ou 12pm The problem is you don’t complete 24 hours there and after 12pm they block your card and you cannot enter the room

Conseguimos fazer o check in 2 horas antes e isso nos ajudou bastante pois estávamos cansados. O quarto estava limpo e organizado,só faltou um frigobar mesmo. Não optamos pelo café da manhã pois achamos caro 17€ por pessoa. A localização foi ótima e nos atendeu muito bem

A beautiful and clean hotel, conveniently located near restaurants and bars. I mentioned that I had contacted them twice before without receiving a response, but Badro resolved my issue perfectly. Receptionist Badro is so friendly and helpful to everyone; he's the only option to get to know the place. Badro is a gift for this location😃

Hotel ok but the pictures make you think the hotel is on the beach which is not true

Mycket bra och fint hotell som ligger nära stranden. Personalen var trevlig och rummet rent (de städade varje dag). Luftkonditionering fungerade inte i vårat rum men det gick bra ändå. Rekommenderar starkt!

We stayed for two nights . It was ok but just ok . Pictures misleading no beach views the pictures make you think you are beach front but it’s not . Travelled all over the world and found this hotel could do much better for example no fridge in rooms , no facilities in room to make a coffee/tea. I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t at least supply a bottle of water in the room . When you’re arriving late as we did hospitality is key maybe offer a coffee or something to drink instead we got a grumpy young guy yawning . The hotel was clean the pool area was clean . We didn’t eat there as didn’t really like the menu much and felt overpriced . Overall it served a purpose but wouldn’t book again .

We arrived quite late to check in for our room, but the check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman who was on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information about Alicante and provided us with a map with useful tips of places to eat and drink. He also informed us that we could extend our room on the last day if we needed a late checkout. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The small terrace area outside our room was lovely to sit on in the evening. When it came to the date of our checkout I went to reception and spoke to a member of staff who explained that if we required our room until 6 pm we would be charged for an entire night stay which we were not told on our arrival I asked if there were showers. We could use later in the evening and the gentleman told me there was but upon returning to the hotel another gentleman on reception didn’t speak much English and did not understand the require requirement for a shower. We found out that there was no shower area and no towels to enable us to have a shower before we left the hotel. This is the only disappointing thing I found San Juan is a lovely area. The beach is beautiful and the walk down past the beach is lovely in the evening.
