This is a fantastic facility. The rooms are VERY spacious and clean; and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent. But most of all - the Entire Staff and Personnel are INCREDIBLE. They go out of their way to assist you and SUPERB at what they do. I have been traveling around the world for 50 years - this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Dr. Gionis

House keeping Staff not very friendly

The property looks very nice from the outside and is also in an extremely convenient location, with a tram straight into Glyfada city centre and also few buses into city in front of it. Both transport stops were within 5 minutes walking distance, with 24 hour convenience shops also nearby. Getting to the rooms is manageable, there are 2 lifts that aren't big and could each only take 1 suitcase and 2 people - including a baby in a travel pram - before being full. The rooms are a decent size with enough space for a double bed and a baby cot, whilst also being able to move around with no issues. The wardrobes were pretty big and could take our suitcase / bags but there was also a little balcony, in case you wanted to store them there instead. The bathroom was pretty small, which is to be expected for the room size selected but it did the job. Only big issue with the bathrom, which doesn't apply to everyone, was how incredibly sharp and protruding the sink and shower space corners were. Bathing our 1 year old was anxiety-inducing as one misstep from them could be very problematic. The people were the best part of the hotel, they were absolutely lovely to us and went above and beyond with most of our requests, the only thing we think they could have done better was the cleaning of the rooms. Our bathroom bin was fully of soiled nappies for the 4 days duration of our trip, despite our room being cleaned once or twice. The bed sheets weren't renewed after the room was cleaned.

Good location close to the Beach. They need to renovate their rooms

Sehr laute Strasse und laute Grossbaustelle direkt nebenan. Dank guter, leiser Klimaanlage kann man nachts ruhig schlafen. Hotel ist fast am Strand aber 2 Stationen vom Ort Glyfade entfernt. Frühstück ist okay.

It was across from beach Staff was very nice and helpful Tramway across the street to go where you wanted Pool bar coffees were excellent

Excellent beds and breakfast! Location is amazing!

The pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it is. Rooms are dirty and out dated. The pool is very nice and modern though.

We always live our time at the Palace and will continue to stay there when we are in Athens area.

Hotellet ligger meget bra til rett ved stranden. Mellom Hotellet og stranden går det en Tram, men den er meget stille og merkes ikke. Den er kostnadseffektiv, billig og går til sentrum, 3 stop og andre veien inn til Athen sentrum, ca. 25 minutter. Rom på inngangssiden anbefales ikke da hovedveien blir brukt som farts-etappe for superbiler om natten. Meget hyggelig og serviseminded personell, bra basseng med bar og forfriskninger. Barnevennlig. Litt kjedelig frokost, men OK Litt små bad på noen rom, men mot strand og basseng er det meget bra. Godt hotell til en fornuftig pris. Vi var 2 voksne og en 12 åring. Trivdes meget bra.

Das Bad ist mega klein. Zum Strand ist nicht weit, nur über die kleine Strasse. Hotel macht auch Strassenverkauf und man kann sich zwischendurch was holen. Essen echt gut und günstig. Herlicher Pool mit Terasse. Mega klimatisierte Dachterasse. Bus vorm Haus. A2 und X 96

It's a very nice place to stay! beach and tram station right across the hotel with easy access. Only downside is if you're on the top floor like I was, the cleaning wasn't done properly as they never brought any products nor vacuum up. They dont change the sheets often and there was always sand in the bathub and toilets were never scrubbed. The other rooms on the lower floors all got a better cleaning as I saw them with many products and supplies. Overall the stay was good, the room was nice as well as the food and ambience. I would just recommend them to clean all the rooms accordingly

Very small , nothing looks like pictures

The beach is close and the pool is nice. The area around the hotel is not very pleasant, with a lot of construction work going on. The room is old with a very small bathroom. Overall was this not what we expected for a 4 star hotel.

Never again.

This was the worst room we ever had. Mold in bathroom consisting bathroom sink was in shower smelled bad see photos. Also party going on in the room above and was up till 2 am
