Friendly staff clean room but squeaky floors above us.

Clean great staff

Friendly staff, clean room, great area. Close to the Olympic Village with all the shops, cafes and bars. Lots of walking routes, as we stayed outside of ski season. Laundry facilties were okay, we used self service, could of done with more washing machines, only 1 to 3 dryers.

Everything was perfect.

Really appreciated our stay. Clean, quiet and room was perfect. Parking for larger trucks is limited, but they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next visit!

Generally nice hotel from the looks of it and convenient location. Staff was nice. Bike storage was good. We had a king bed room and the mattress was not good at all. It was all bumpy on one side and like sleeping in a hole. Update long overdue. TV in the room with small cheap screen. Parking is 6'2 so taller cars don't fit and parking outside is quite a mess.

The room cleaning had its main closet in front of our room. By 7:30 am they were talking, on the phone. Opening and closing the door. It was so loud. You can hear everything from the hallway. It was terrible.

Great value hotel with good sized room and in a really good location in whistler. Friendly staff and a decent pool and spa area for winding down. Only minor issue is lack of changing room space in the pool area.

The hotel was very convenient to the Whistler attractions. Every one of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room smelled musty when first entering so we opened a window and turned on the AC. The shower water pressure was not strong. Very noisy! The mattress felt very old and used and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were rock hard and gave my wife and I neck pain. We are in our mid 30s. Overall , not a comfortable experience and would not stay here again.

Definitely worth picking as a place to stay if in the Whistler area.
