The staff were truly incredible—so kind, warm, and always welcoming with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a beautiful, serene ambience and very peaceful. The palace and overall property are magnificent, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The food and buffets selection was exceptional!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Trident. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, but what really stood out was the team - the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great selection and consistently delicious food. The pool area is a lovely place to relax, and the spa was a great addition to unwind during the stay. Also a great location by the lake and close to cultural sites and restaurants. Highly recommend and would happily return. Overall, a fantastic experience with service that truly elevates the property. Would happily return.

One of the best hotel stays. Beautiful hotel, unparalleled hospitality, the most lovely staff and great food ! Absolutely loved the complimentary activities too such as yoga and walk to the bada mahal. Can’t recommend this hotel enough !

I had an amazing time at this resort! The room was well-kept, clean, and really cozy. The food was fantastic — each meal was tasty, with lots of different choices and excellent service. The beautiful green scenery and calm atmosphere made the whole place feel like a relaxing getaway. I strongly suggest this spot for anyone wanting to unwind and refresh in nature! Special thanks to Jyoti to take care of my requests before my arrival and calling me even after the stay to receive our stay impression at the property.

This was a bad experience our taxi didn’t arrive for long time , and small rooms and cold food . We even mentioned and no management cared to make it right

The property grounds are fantastic. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But what really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. We were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location. The view of the pristine lawns and the lake from the room is very relaxing & serene. The service is typical Oberoi - top class! The staff are very friendly and polite. In short, I we are coming back again soon.
