Bel hôtel en général mais beaucoup de personnes en réservation all inclusive. Je trouve que l’Hotel est vraiment adapté à une clientèle anglophone

A minha estadia correu exatamente como esperava. As condições do Hotel foram de acordo com as nossas necessidades, com bom atendimentos, excelente limpeza e bom nível nas refeições.

The conditions of the property weren't great

Adorei, simpatia, limpeza e um excelente bufê todos os dias.

Cheguei já tarde ao hotel, quase 22 horas. A cozinha do restaurante a fechar, tive de pedir serviço de quartos. Fui colocado num quarto, onde o ar condicionado não trabalhava, estão cansados dos anos, a televisão não estava sintonizada e quando fui ligar à recepção a reclamar o telefone do quarto também não trabalhava. Tive de ir a pé à recepção para resolver o problema, lá me arranjaram outro quarto, mas quase 1 hora se passou.

Gostámos muito deste hotel. Excelente localização, excelente atendimento e um hotel bonito. O pequeno almoço é variado e os jantares também apresentavam várias soluções. De uma forma geral gostámos muito.

It was a little outdated but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We were given probably the worst room in the entire hotel. On the entry floor, the first room next to stairs and lifts, we could hear everything, the lift up and down, people talking outside, people going up and down the stairs, in the lobby... Beds had a gap in between that kept wide opening more and more... what a night. They call it "themed rooms" with a nautical decor, its just dated and not pleasant. At least it does not smell.

The location the breakfast the cleanliness the friendliness the comfort you cant go wrong with this hotel. The staff are so lovely and helpfull. Especially Ana on reception. She helped me out with my retun check in for our flight. I was having a problem with my phone and she went out of her way to check us in on the computer. Thanks again Ana. I would say no matter what problem you are having they would help you out the best they can. We had a great stay there. Would hsve liked to have stayed longer.

A Nossa estadia foi a melhor possível, tendo em conta a situação mundial. Estamos contentes e podemos voltar um dia.

Muy caro relación calidad- servicio Wc sucio Mucho ruido por la noche sin poder descansar....

Trashiest hotel experience of my life! I have no idea how this was classified 4 stars, someone somewhere is having a laugh. There was dampness in stairwell. Way finding sign posting was crazy and illogical. The clientele were horrible rowdy British people on all inclusive deals knocking back alcohol and shouting at each other across the pool. The food was depressing. Ordered a chicken salad and it came covered in cocktail sauce like we were stuck in 1980! The scrambled eggs were so overcooked they could doyble up as a weapon and the juice was not fresh but full of sugar and from concentrate. Toiletries were cheap. Decor looks like a cheap office block. The hotel does not have an iron in the whole hotel? It's apparently 4 stars but I have no idea how it got this rating? The phone in my room did not work. The tv automatically turns on and advertises how great the hotel was, I wonder how much they paid people to say it was the best hotel in the world ?(the propaganda didn't work as I was staying there???). On arrival I turned on the bath and the water was brown. So happy to have checked out. Outdated plc3 and a miserable experience.

Great hotel, busy with Thomas Cook travellers however

Hemos pasado 9 noches en este hotel en agosto y hemos estado muy a gusto, habría cosas que se podrían mejorar como el baño de nuestra habitación que podría renovarse un poco, pero aún así merece la pena, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba muy bien, ya que daba a la piscina y también se veía el mar desde su terraza. El personal que nos atendió fue muy correcto, a destacar los chicos de animación, también Daniel que nos atendió en la recepción y el gerente del hotel que estuvo con nosotros un rato preguntando qué tal habíamos estado. La zona donde está ubicado es tranquila, pero si paseas un poco por el paseo pegado al mar, tienes mucha oferta gastronómica y ambiente nocturno. Las playas son muy bonitas, y desde el hotel llegas andando en un momento. Imprescindible el paseo en barca para ver sus maravillosas cuevas y calas.

Beautiful place to stay. Easily accessible to all parts of town. Staff seemed tired and often slow behind the desk.
