Kids had so much fun . The stuff are amazing but the hotel is not clean

The hotel and waterpark were pretty rundown. Staff at the front desk were nice. The kids had fun at the waterpark. We struggled to get our little ones to sleep because there are courtyards outside all the rooms. There were kids running around and yelling in the halls and in the courtyards until after 10pm. We called down to ask the front desk if they could ask them to quiet down but they said the hotel "quiet time" starts at 10pm. For us, this is a bit late as our kids are usually down well before that. The walls are thin so we could hear everything and it was stressful. The beds and bedding were not very comfortable and the blankets were really thin and did not have a cover, although a sheet was provided. Felt more like a hostel to be honest. I was happy we had only booked one night. Next time I think we will stay elsewhere largely due to the level of noise - waiting until 10pm for the hotel to quiet down is just too late for our family.

Check in went great! Good access to the waterpark. The hotel facility is a little bit tired overall but we had a great time with family.

Our room wasn’t vaccumed. There was a dirty shirt behind the bed. And the one bed was broken in the past and they used 3 pieces of angle iron and plywood to “fix” it, the angle iron was sticking out the side by about 6” and my self and several of my party have been cut, scratched, and bruised by it. I had to put my sandals over them to avoid anyone getting hurt if walked into them again. Also the cleaner left a dirty rag on the steps of the bunk bed

The rooms are super hot with no air conditioning but did supply a fan. The carpet in the room is so dirty it made our feet black and had stains on it. The lamps had dirt all over them. The toilet seat had oily residue all over it. The curtains are all stained. Just overall not a very enjoyable spot. No sound proofing as you can hear people slamming their doors all night long as well as a broken elevator.

Enjoyed our stay, place was clean and well maintained

Staff were very accommodating but unfortunately the elevator was partly broken and only 1 so everything needed to be carried up the stairs, staff did offer extra help and support with this but it still caused a big mess in the lobby. Second the hotel shuts off the ac fully during the “colder” months but it’s super stuffy inside the rooms because of this. Needs to have better air flow. Staff offered fans but it was still hot we left our room door open as much as possible when we were in our room.(felt as if the hall air was on but not in the rooms???) Hotel is also outdated for the prices. I understand it’s connected to the waterpark but with the fees and prices we were charged I was expecting more.

our room was very hot and stuffy with no way to cool it down. The room itself was fine for how much we paid. I was kept awake until 1 am by the children in the room above me and woken up at 7am by screaming children in the halls

Staff were always on the ball, the elevator was down during our stay and the staff were nothing but helpful when needed helping carry stuff upstairs, with three kids under 6 help was definitely needed and appreciated. Also had our van break down in front of the hotel and the hotel staff were very quick and helpful to help us come up with a solution, 10/10 amazing staff there I have nothing bad to say in that aspect

The stay was excellent, I can’t complain. The parking was easy, the hotel is well located. The convenience to go to the water park and walk to your room while the temperature is freezing outside is wonderful. I would stay again.

Hotel is mid. Noise level and lack of competent staff is off the charts.
