Excelente servicio y atención del personal, los parqueo fue lo que me gustó y la ubicación muy cercana a las cataratas, esta muy céntrico., le recomiendo comprar el cupón de la comida en recepción vale la pena.

Great location. Could walk to everything. The staff was so polite. Was an older hotel, but you couldn't tell because it was so well kept. Would recommend to anyone!

This property is pretty much old and no microwave in the room. Everytime need to go to the downstairs to use common kitchen where the microwave placed, which was not clean at all. First night when we struggled to entered in the room due to the access card issue front desk took almost 30 minutes to resolve our issue. Only positive point is the direct access to the waterpark. Parking is bit an expensive, you will find a parking spot right in front of the hotel at $5.

Loved the easy access to the Waterpark!!

El hotel en general está muy desactualizado, todo se ve antiguo y bastante descuidado, aunque el personal de limpieza hace todo lo posible por mantener todo lo más limpio posible .La ubicación es excelente, fácil de llegar a todos los lugares desde ahí y el personal es muy servicial y atento . Si estás buscando un lugar solo para dormir este es súper recomendable.

Great walk-in distance from Clifton Hill attractions and the falls, however water at the waterpark was grey (dirty), no towels available for hotel guest. Other guest hanging their cloths at the balcony and leaving their garbage out of their door in plastic bags and no one from the hotel would say anything or came to pick them up. Pictures are very attractive but far from reality

The room is clean and staff is friendly if you ask something they answer immediately

I won’t recommend anyone going there the worst place ever I had to book somewhere else and they still charge me. They won’t refund my money.

Très bien situé, bâtiment et décor un peu vieux mais propre et confortable. Excellent pour les familles ayant des enfants et qui veulent quand-même de l'intimité.
