The hotel was lovely. The room was good but there was no sockets by the bed. Had to run a lead from under the tv to the side of the bed.

Nice hotel close to train station- but they have a few basement rooms with no windows- do not recommend those .

This is a very nice hotel and well managed. It is clean and has a nice feel. A caution though is that the cozy rooms are very small. Nevertheless, we would happily go back.

Ok stay, strange hotel room which was back behind the reception, no mention when booking the room that it would be bottom floor with frosted windows, very dark and gloomy with a teeny tiny bathroom. Checking in took a while, other guests complaining about the frosted windows. Ok for one night as needed to be closer to Paddington station but wouldn’t stay again.

All the people working there were so nice and helpful! The hotel is next to Metro station. Very convenient

Great location - nicely decorated. Our double room was tiny though. Literally just enough room to get around the beds, the bathroom is large in comparison. Under bed storage is a great idea but not enough room to manoeuvre a suitcase into it. To access the safe under the bed you have to lay on the floor - which was just wide enough to do so.

Beware, the cosy rooms, which are pictured on the listing as being light and airy, are in the basement and have no windows.

The most welcoming hotel in London! Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicate style and nice room. And sauna! Good food in restaurant as well! I really recommend this hotel, with a good loc near Paddington.

On se sent dans une maison et non dans un hotel. La bibliothèque est superbe, comme si l'on bouquinait en buvant un café dans un salon/salle à manger d'une belle maison de ville londonienne.

Location and Price

Our visit started with us being switched from one hotel in this chain to another and we did not get the room we paid for the first night. We were concerned this hotel wasn't going to work out for us and I have to acknowledge the front desk staff for turning a bad situation into a good one through conscientious service. Within two days, we were very comfortable in the hotel and felt safe in our room. The common areas here are very cozy and it generated a nice feel in the lobby area. For those focused on a plant-based diet, the Yeotown restaurant had many options and really opened my eyes to what could be done with vegan and vegetarian cuisine. It's worth it to make some time to use the salt room or join one of the yoga sessions. These quieter spaces in the hotel made for some very balanced living during our stay. Finally, Fernando who works in the bar/and restaurant became an immediate friend with friendly service and a warm welcome. We really enjoyed his delicious cocktails.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nahe Bahnhof Paddington und Hyde Park. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, die Einrichtung ist so wie beschrieben – sehr geschmackvoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
