Slide was broken

I booked a week in advanced. I called the day of saying we would be checking in around midnight and they said that was perfectly fine. We get there, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Very unhelpful. And had booked our room. Do not recommend. Went to the Super 8 and it was great.

Clean and up dated

I was very satisfied with my stay and have no hesitation in booking again :)

Rooms need revamp. They smell smokey. Bed uncomfortable, sofa needs to be changed out. Also the rug needs a change out. Just being honest in my opinion.

Front Desk Staff were EXCELLENT!

Hotel is good first day stay not good the people in room 206 threw a party all night slammed the doors talked loud just didn’t sleep all night. Went down stairs to complain and the lady went to room to tell them to go to sleep and no more loud music and more complains they were gone. But they were loud all night didn’t sleep the next night they changed are room to 408 it was better other then that it was good I figured they would of done more since they had multiple complaints and we were next door to the party but oh well.

Rooms need updating! Chair in room worn & needed updating! Toilets needed updating as way too low! For a long weekend, pool slide should be working! That was disappointing!

Had an excellent experience. Will stay again.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were efficient & friendly. They allowed our dog. Quite a few food choices with the continental breakfast. Very close to the hospital for anyone going to the city for medical visits.

Hot tub wasn’t working, was told both days it would be working that night and it wasn’t

We went to the hotel for the pool/water slide/hot tub. Because we are repeating customers. The pool was ice cold hot tub and slid were out of order. And it did not say anything about it when booking in Expedia. And because we prepaid they would not refund. Very disappointing for the kids.
