My room was clean. They allowed my dog. The breakfast was really good. The hot tub wad warm.

Room 418, bathtub drain is disgusting, faucet pin for shower activation is not working properly and wifi signal in that room was so poor, the internet could not be used. Price is good as was the breakfast.

Room was a little smaller than expected. Bedding smelt of bleach. Pool was a little murky but there were a lot of people. Only one pool. Would have liked a separate pool that was deeper. Staff was incredible and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Again, it was a busy weekend. We didn’t have the breakfast because of the amount of people. Parking was tight. Again, it was a packed hotel.

A little noisy through the walls and ceiling, could here people above walking around. Pillows & beds a little uncomfortable.

Quite convenient for an overnight stay.

The shower in our bathroom had Luke warm water but the sink had hot. The property was aware but did not mention it to us on arrival and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lady who checked us in was really nice but the guy who took our keys in the morning neglected to check us out and was quite irritating.

Apon arrival to the hotel room we walked in and the bathroom was very dirty and the bath tub as well, we alao did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom, when we approached the front desk all they gave us was more towels to clean up the water, they didnt even attempt to come and put a shower curtain in for us Very disappointing

We stayed in room 423 on the 14th and checked out on the 15th of February it was our valentines day together. My husband woke up yesterday morning with bed bug bite on his legs and now his legs are very swollen and hes in alot of pain. I'm so disappointed as hes nowfar away from home working in alot of discomfort and pain. I can provide pictures also.
