I know Paris hotel rooms are cramped, but for a 5 star hotel, this was ridiculous. We ordered a room with a balcony but it is so narrow, and the iron chairs so uncomfortable, the space was almost unusable. Lovely bar and all employees were friendly and professional. The location is perfect - everything you want or need is within a ten minute walk. The facility is just too old and rooms too tight. An important note given the recent heat waves: the AC was excellent.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hôtel Pont Royal Paris. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Housekeeping also deserves a special shoutout for doing a great job keeping the room impeccably tidy throughout the trip. The hotel amenities were adequate and easily met all our needs. The absolute highlight of the stay was our room. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower, and sitting out there in the evening really captured that magical, one-of-a-kind Parisian feeling. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to rotate the breakfast menu. The food itself is great, but it seems to be exactly the same every single day. If you stay for more than a few days, you start to crave some variety in the selection. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Hôtel Pont Royal Paris to anyone visiting!

Great hotel, great location, walk to most attractions, metro reasonable walk. Nice part of the city.

Location of the hotel is perfect! Not busy but very central. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating at all times. The rooms are fine. The hotel is clean and in good repair but dated. No plugs or USB ports near the bed. Shower/tub has no door or curtain so water goes everywhere. AC worked great. Our rooms had a Juliet balcony and [distant] views of the Eiffel Tower which was very nice. Bar is dark and overpriced. Tip: there is a Monoprix grocery store across the street and a boulangerie less than a block away.

This was my third stay at this wonderful hotel. Location - perfect! THE LOCATION- this is where to stay if you want to be close to the Louvre, San Sulpice (if you don’t know this church, add it to your list NOW), great shopping, The Tuileries are a 10 minute walk away - lovely any time of day. Yummy high quality sheets on a comfy bed were much appreciated after a rough morning of travel. The breakfast (€34) is worth it IF you’re going to be in transit (flying internationally, etc) and is well stocked with many lovely options. BUT …. This is Paris…. There are tons of cafes nearby at which to enjoy a cafe crème and a croissant for €4. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite - always professional. I was leaving in Bastille Day and the front desk contacted me in advance to make sure I allowed enough time to get to CDG (lots of road closures!) and escorted me to a taxi which could only get within a block of the hotel. Book a table at Atelier de Joel Rubouchon. Just do it. This is the sort of amazing Parisian dining you’ve dreamt about. Fabulous hotel. I’ll be back.

Staff was very courteous, helpful and cheerful. The Eiffel Tower view room was small but the terrace and view were wonderful. Great neighborhood. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

Eccellente soggiorno in albergo. La sola nota è in merito alla prima colazione che non è paragonabile ad una struttura di 5 stelle. La parte dolciaria abbastanza scarsa cosi come i piatti caldi molto scarsi

Great stay and priceless view! The room was cozy and comfortable. Location is perfect for a walking trip all over Paris. The staff was attentive and available for any questions. I would highly recommend.

Excellent stay! Hotel and staff were very welcoming. The hotel is well maintained and location couldn’t have been better for exploring Paris!

They do not clean rooms well and teapot was never cleaned and teabags were not replenished and stingy on amenities had to ask three times to have an extra soap in the room . The hotel is bit shabby in general and when I asked for taxi they told me to walk over to taxi stand . Overall the price point and the hotel in general do not match

The air quality was disappointing, with a noticeable musty odor reminiscent of old carpeting. Despite the air conditioning, the room frequently felt warm.

This hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Close to nice cafes and restaurants and the metro but in a quieter area that’s not as touristy. Wonderful grocery store across the street and easy to jump on e-bike rentals that are in area.

The Staff was nice and the location was great . When we checked in there was a hair in our bed and then the moved our room and there was hair in the next we didn’t complain on second to tired from our flight. The maid service is lacking, left room at 9 am came back at 4 and room hadn’t been serviced they were quick to respond when i called to front desk but just not quite 5 star service. Great location though

If you are looking for a higher end hotel experience without the insane coat of other five star properties in Paris. Hotel Pont Royal is a great choice. Walkable to many of the city's landmarks in a neighborhood with great food options.
