L hôtel est très bien situé et propre mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la fenêtre ouverte la rue est très bruyante la nuit.

Manque de chance la Clim ne marchait pas mais ils nous ont donné une nouvelle chambre sur le toit ou tout s’était parfait Trop bien!

The hotel has a terrible air conditioning system that makes extremely strong noise at night. Even with earplugs you won’t be able to sleep. It’s very poorly maintained.

Localisation parfaite. Proximité vieille ville et commerces ainsi que stationnement et parking . Bon petit déjeuner et personnel à l’écoute. Mais : mauvaise organisation du ménage dans les chambres pour qui reste plusieurs jours et souhaite disposer d’une chambre propre en milieu de journée. Malgré une demande clairement exprimée à 9:30, pour une personne malade, impossible d’avancer le service de ménage. Manque d’adaptabilité. Attention : enregistrement anticipé ou départ tardif sont tous deux facturés en supplément (20 euros).

Basically the hotel it was great place ,staff all right cleaning horrible and no cup no shampoo no towels no hovering the room no tea or coffee you should asked all the time for everything and at the last you give up with them no standard no respect and responsibility at all😔😔😔😖😖☹️☹️☹️shame because the hotel is perfect location
