Good rate for a stay quiet

Some of the lights didn't work and there was hair in bath tube but bed are pretty comfortable and drain in sink was clogged up

The room was not as clean as it should have been.

Very clean & nice, loved the jetted tub, all & all a great stay!

You were the problem NOT the property. You did not tell me there was a $100 deposit for pets. So i felt angry, stupid and irresponsible when the property required me to post $100 deposit prior to accepting me on YOUR reservation! Poor business on your part.

Was passing through Enid in a snow storm and needed a place to stay. The room was OK but showing it's age. The breakfast wasn't worth it and we ended up skipping it for somewhere else.

Jacuzzi suites are the with the price

Unfortunately first room didn’t have heat-second room didn’t have working light bulbs, refrigerator and coffee maker-frig unplugged and food from previous occupants Indoor pool empty and dry-breakfast was cereal, waffles, toast

Great stay for a great price

It is an older facility and could use some up dating. Most surprising was there wasn't an elevator. I'm glad i didn't have more luggage that had to be hauled up the stairs.

The manager Joy, was very helpful and friendly. I booked the wrong type of room last night and the beds were hard as a rock and the night clerk was a bit rude and didn't really want to help get a package of candy out that got stuck in the machine. The manager was helpful and allowed us to see a room that the bed was a lot softer and was king size instead of double. Thenk you Joy for helping us out.

Location

Windows were screwed shut, no escape possble. No lock on back door, anyone could walk in at any time. Parents room didn't have a microwave. We didn't have an ironing board. The irons didn't work well. Tubs and sinks were not able to be plugged. The hot tub and pool were both drained and couldn't be used. Heating/cooling unit blew out a horrible smell. The breakfast offered was very lacking. The staff was nice and tried to help with the problems but some were simply not able to fixed. I was nvery disappointed. We used to stay there a lot and it was great. It has realy gone down hill in resent years.
