I will recommend this hotel for everyone. All staff are nice and friendly. The reception was kind. We arrived the hotel early but they could provide room for us. There also has small kitchen in the room. We could cook simple meal in the night. The transportation to hotel or center of city are convenient.

The room I got #89 was a terrible room. Nothing like the photos published by the property. Squeaky doors, no working electrical outlets, you can use either the shower or the sink, because the faucet in the sink is also the shower, which is so weak. The “smart” TV isn’t working. There is a water kettle to in the kitchen area, no coffee or tea or anything, you’d have to buy your own from outside the hotel, and the big joke is that there are ZERO outlets to use, unless you take the kettle to the side of your bed and plug it in there in an unsafe way, is that supposed to be a joke? The faucet in the kitchen sink is broken and the nob comes out when you use, while it clearly shows that it does not belong to the faucet and was done poorly and quickly. Wifi is extremely weak and spotty and I ended up having to purchase data on my phone to use as a hotspot on my laptop so I can get some work done. I am not sure if the room they gave me was just so bad and because they saw 2 Middle Eastern looking men checking-in so they decided to give us their worst room or the entire hotel is like that. In any case, it was a terrible experience.

Staff nice people

Staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful, all dressed to a T, very nice. Location was super convenient to downtown, with a 35 min easy walk, or 10 min by one of the many busses serving the immediate vecinity.

Clean rooms, super spacious and our room had a surprisingly beautiful view. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel. Located in a quite area but has easy and frequent accessibility to city centre.Rooms are comfortable and extremely spacious and also have a small kitchenette. Lavish Breakfast and with very good choices. Staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful. They go out of their way to help out in explaining the whereabouts and how to reach the prime sites.I would strongly recommend and give full stars rating

Really nice staff. Clean spacious room. Adequate breakfast. Good transport links around the hotel.

On Buda side. Easy access to Castle area. Also very close to Rudas bath house(eat at their restaurant after visiting the spa)

My partner and I were impressed by the cleanness of the room and the friendly nature of the staff. Additionally, it was very easy to get to and from the centre of Budapest from the hotel as there is a bus stop right outside. The only critique I can make is that some parts looked like they could use a little TLC, such as the windows and locks that seemed a little fragile. However, we were very happy with our stay!

The hotel located at a busy street. The traffic was terrible, and the noise was terrible. In addition, you will smell the not fully burnt oil out of the car engine. If you can stay with noise and very bad gas exhaustion, you can then consider it. Also the hotel is in the another side of main town. If you want to enjoy the main town, it is very inconvenient.

The hotel had a decoration straight out of the 90s. The bed was fairly comfortable. However, when we entered the room, we found the toilet dirty. Although we had paid for breakfast through Hotels.com, the hotel claimed it wasn’t included in our reservation and asked us to pay extra. Even though I contacted Hotels.com and they called the hotel, we were still not given breakfast. It was a complete disgrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
