Very friendly and helpful staff

The room had a strong cleaning supply or deodorizer odour. The air conditioning did not work, the room stayed at 21 despite turning the unit down as far as it would go (18).

Comfortable

Mattress was in poor condition with broken springs along one side. The breakfast was rudimentary and there was no staff person present to clean tables and replenish the food when needed.

Great stay, clean and comfortable hotel not far to drive to downtown Halifax. You can walk to Thai Restaurant down the street that had great food.

The hotel is in an industrial area. We were able to walk to a great Thai restaurant right across the street. The staff were really great: friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and fine to start the day: bagels, waffles, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. Coffee was available 24 hours as well as lemon water. We didn't use the pool but it looked spotless.

The beds and the shower and the pool all were ellecent and the desk people were excellent also I would recommend this hotel to anyone 10 plus

Friendly staff, clean, lots of parking. I would stay at the Costal Inn over some other more expensive hotels in the area.

parking was good but hotel sign needs to be closer to driveway...we drove past at first thinking the entrance was for Hertz rentals only.

This hotel was fine. Included "breakfast" was sparse. Cereal, yogurt, fruit (disappeared very fast) toast. Not much else. No protein options. It was clean and quiet, but was pretty bare bones for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly, I will give them that. Didn't love it, didn't hate it. Bed was VERY soft. Too much so.

The room was quite large with a separate mini kitchenette and living room from the bedroom. Very clean. New towels daily. Comfy bed.

I found everything was fine, but the little bottle of combined shampoo and conditioner was disappointing. Prefer the large bottles attached to the shower better quality.

Ground floor suites are awful. Hear cars and any guests in the parking lot. At 4am had garbage truck pick up big commercial bin & at 6am recycling truck came. No insulation between rooms and rooms didn’t even have a closet but rolling rack only. Won’t stay here again
