This will be our first and last booking there. Your receptionist has no manners! When we asked for 2 door keys, she did it but sulking. We complained about carbon mon alarm beeping non stop. She said it was normal! When we complained again because we were bothered she came up with tantrum because she said no maintenance available. We told her to remove the unit or find us another. She opened the unit and took out the battery. It is not a normal thing something is wrong with battery. She lied the first time! When we asked for coffee maker and utensils, she made me walk down and get them. Only to find out the coffee maker is not washed and still has the old filter and coffee inside! Misinformation info about breakfast included..,only coffee! Awful experience!!!

First off I paid for a King size bed room which cost more than a two bed room. When i got to my room it was a two bed room. So i tried to call down to the lobby but the phone had a dial tone but it would not call out. So i went down to the front to talk to the clerk. I told her I was supposed to have a King size bed room and not a double bed room. First thing she said was she didnt assign the rooms the person before her did. Then she said do you want a refund. I said no I want a King size bed room. She then told me well they both are the same price. I told her no they arent because the two bed room was cheaper than the King size bed room. She then says well do you want a refund. I told her dont worry about it becaue it was evident she didnt know her job. All she needed to do was find a King size bed room and put me in it but all she wanted to do was give me a refund. If i didnt have somewhere I needed to be i would have asked for the refund and found another hotel to stay at. This will definitely be my first and last time staying at this location.

The attendant upon check in wasn’t welcoming. The room and premises were not very clean. In the room the light switch plates were dirty, the drapery pull was sticky, the air conditioner was grimy, the carpets and elevator entry weren’t clean. In the Expedia ad it stated breakfast. There was only coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was nasty and the towels were dirty. Low end hotel

Affordable, clean & secure.

It was nice for a extended stay. I wished it had a gym, but i do understand why they don't. The staff was friendly enough, they helped eveytime we needed help. The building and room were clean except someones dog pooped outside the side door and it sit there the whole week i was there. It was a cross the street from Walmart that was a plus .

Maribel at front desk was helpful with our reservation issue. Our room was fine for a one night overnight stay on route home.

The front desk service attitude is not good. There should not be urine in the wash basin.

The room was not clean, the building smelled terrible of marijuana smoke. The beds were made but there was chew spit on the floor, stain on furniture and damage to doors.

No in room phone to front desk.

The door would not latch.

Pathetic service and the lady at the counter was extremely rude and absent on most occasions. Rooms were not clean as the floor had a lot of dust.

Trying to get in contact with staff is always difficult, and asking for items takes all day for them to give you. There was a roach in my room, a gnat, and they gave me dirty dishes. There were kids outside loud, dogs loud. There was a large crack in my ceiling revealing a pipe, there were scratches and cosmetic damages EVERYWHERE. The grab and go breakfast is nothing but tea packs coffee and muffins you literally can just replace with something out the vending machine. This is extremely disappointing as this once was my favorite hotel and held a special place to me. When I lost my child this hotel was my safe haven and provided me with everything. So much can change in a year! I’m so disappointed to say I will no longer be recommending this hotel or staying there.

For the money this place was fine.

I had a great experience staying at Extended Stay. The staff was very nice, and check in/check out was quick and easy. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.
