The room I stayed in (318) had an adjoining room and I could basically hear everything going on in the room AND they had their TV my entire two day stay and it was LOUD! Thank god for my white noise machine. Ironically, I requested a quiet room as I was having a procedure done and had to get up very early in the morning. Total opposite of what I asked for.

This hotel was filthy. There was trash on the bathroom floor and a dirty sock behind the door. we couldn't find the remote and unfortunately looked under the bed (which is where it was). There was all kinds of trash and food under the bed. We told the desk clerk who seemed unconcerned and merely told us he would leave a note for housekeeping. The pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The water was an odd color. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning. Also there is a train that whistles several times during the night.

The hotel was clean and beautiful with all the amenities but the pool and spa were closed. This was a disappointment because this was the main reason for picking this hotel. This should somehow be communicated. I guess I will call ahead and check next time.

Great stay we come here often!

For the price, both times I went to the front desk, no one was there. Waited 7 min for someone to come for check in. When I called in advance, the told me luggage storage was at the discretion of the desk agent and I may have to go get a locker at the bus station. The elevator reeked of marijuana. Check out, I waited 5 min for anyone to check the desk. For the price, disappointing

I have been to Oregon a few times now, this was a great vacation stay. The front staff was kind and attentive. Our family will continue to use this hotel while in Eugene/Springfield area. After stating a long the coast for a few days, we wanted pool/hot tub, free breakfast, wifi, parking and a laundry room on the property, that is exactly what we received. Thank you

There is a nice park right across the street from the motel, but unfortunately it is full of homeless people.

Just ok facility, ok fir price but limited conveniences

Super low shower pressure, asked us to complete a paper registration after we registered/checked in and paid online, registration area coffee was cold after a pretty long drive. No walkable dining options that we could find (mostly car lots). Does have a beautiful park next to it. Clean and safe feeling but a little disappointing.

Very nice hotel, beautiful area, great service from the front desk. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Mostly clean except for the damp carpet and the random dirty sock under the edge of the bed. Small coffee maker, but we only got decaf. Fortunately there was coffee in the breakfast room. Comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, 24 hour pool, nice staff. Right next to a park and the bike path which was great.
