Great location close to the airport. Made the morning dropoff very easy. Clean room, very friendly staff. Limited dining options without getting back in airport traffic. We ate at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn restaurant, within walking distance, good food. Breakfast was not so good, especially the hot items. Turkey sausage on not so good biscuits. They did have fruit and muffins that were okay.

service was excellent and they even had coffee in the lobby at 5 a.m.!!!

This is definitely an airport hotel. Fortunately the planes don’t take off or land at night. A bit of a challenge to get into the entry drive… since it is directly off the airport arrival/departure lanes

The staff are friendly the hotel is clean and convenient. The bar is phenomenal. They do not offer food but breakfast. The shuttle to airport is great and convenient. Our one night stay was nothing but a great overall experience for our trip to Florida flying out of Columbus Airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed two times, coming and going, over a 4 day weekend. Great access to airport. Shuttle service to rental car pick-up and drop off great. Rooms were clean and felt upscale. First mornings breakfast was better than second. Different hot entrees. Loved the bacon! Nice varied food choices. Great staff at breakfast both mornings. Second night (Room 310) toilet ran and jiggling sometimes worked, but was annoying. We got maintenance in the morning and they fixed it immediately. Shower liquid dispensers great the first night but were a total mess the second night…one broken off, two shampoo, no body wash. Landscape out front needed tending…rather ratty looking.

This is an airport hotel and served me very well in a time of need. Very convenient. Shuttle was good.

Our flight arrived many hours late and when we did finally arrive at 3:50 we were told to wait for 10 min for the computer system to run its night audit.
