First issue - the room is in another whole building around the corner. No reception, no one to assst if you have an issue. Room give had clearly been used and not cleaned. I had to walk back to the main hotel. Go out, walk, back into main reception. It was 9pm. I was told I had to wait for 10pm for someone to redo the room - it good enough. I was then made feel “special” because I was given an upgrade…. Would definitely not recommend, especially when you la over 250€ for one night for one person!!

Bra rum och trevlig personal

Ett utmärkt val med bra läge på Östermalm. Vi hade behov av rullstolsanpassat rum och det fanns här. Dock hade det varit önskvärt med knapp för automatisk dörröppnare.

Kallt i rummet

Väldigt litet och trevligt hotell.

Staff were very helpful And friendly. In a quieter part of Stockholm but easy to walk to the main places. Hotel included a free dinner which was delicious. Had an early morning flight and when we asked if we could get something for breakfast they were able to have a sandwich and coffee waiting for us at checkout to take with us since we left before breakfast.

Välkomnande personal, glögg o kaffe och sedan soppa, sallader o varmrätt till kvällen. Centralt läge, nära Hedvig Eleonora kyrka med kulturellt helgprogram

De bjöd på eftermiddagsfika och enklare middag på kvällen. Det var toppen! Trevligt område, nära till tunnelbanan

Bra och trevlig personal. Rummet var inte på hotellet utan 200 meter därifrån. Fattade ingenting.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zentrale Lage. U-Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachmittags Kaffee und Tee. Incl. Abendessen. War für uns perfekt. Würden sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Nur zu empfehlen.

On the negative side -The room we were given was on the 7th floor but the elevator only went to the 6th floor. That meant that we had to carry our suitcases up the last flight by ourselves. The room was at the roof line so the ceiling on one side of the bed was so low that you could nor stand up on that side of the room. The elevator was so small that 3 people was too close for comfort which happened a couple of times. The water got very hot but took a while to reach our room. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about finding local restaurants for dinner. The fika was not very interesting or tasty. Lastly, the hotel was upgrading the auto room lock system for a number of hours and we were not able to get into our room without a desk person walking up with us. On the positive side, the breakfast was good although eggs were not warm and the coffee machine only had regular american coffee. Best granola, muesli and yogurt with preserves. We did not try dinner which was included. The location is very good for walking to tourist sites.
