Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful!!

Went for a soccer tournament and everything was great. A/C worked good. Minor problem just with the switch to turn on the jets would only stay on for 5 minutes. Besides that everything was great.

Extremely bad experience. So horrible.

Our room was not cleaned. The bedside table had not been wiped as there was residue from previous guests. I was horrified to find a dirty beach towel hanging in the bathroom - how does something like that get missed by housekeeping??

Staff were very friendly. Room was quite dark. One small garbage can for the entire suite. Good location and lots of parking.

Stayed over slring break with our family of 4. Location is very convenient, good for parking and driving, or calling an uber. We stayed in a suite with one bed and a fold out couch, which was great for us parents, with one teen and one child. It is a small kitchen with everything you need... cutlery, utensils, dishware, microwave and stove top. Requests we had were promptly answered, and having a Dennys onsite is easy for quickly feeding the family. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Victoria.

The pool has a little bit of mold issues. I also wish the pool door to the outside could be opened to the courtyeard

Convenient location for what we needed. Quiet. Well appointed room. Area immediately outside did not feel overly safe, but that is not the hotel's problem. We tried to get drinks and snacks one night from the hotel 'store'. Choices were extremely limited and front desk staff were not very helpful. Not a bad place overall.

By far the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to-it was spotless! Everything was wonderful. The room we stayed in ( 2 bed with a sofa bed ) was updated with modern furnishings and decor, and very comfortable. The coffee station was well stocked with everything you need, cupboards had everything needed, once again, everything was super clean. The shower was amazing with lots of water pressure. The beds were very comfortable! The sofa bed mattress was not, so one of us just slept on the couch instead. Pool amenities were pretty good, water pretty warm. I didn’t get to try the hot tub as it was very small and always packed with people. The change room had a very nice hot shower however so I warmed up in there instead. Great stay and I’m sure we will be back!

It's located at a perfect spot away from downtown but yet still close by to just about everywhere.

Staff was courteous. Pillows and pull out couch were awful. Couch very hard and the pull out bed terrible. Vehicle was broken into in parking lot right in front of the hotel

This was good hotel stay. Although an older building, it is well maintained and has been updated. The location is central. I like to use local mass transit and there's bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The first night I couldn't get the hot water working. Jeffery came straightway and showed me how to work it properly. Like I said it was a good stay.
